Nour Al Sham Market-Halal — Attraction in Quincy

I’ve had the worst experience at this Halal place. I went there on Saturday to buy ground beef with out fat and was told that the meat will be delivered on Monday, and I should be getting what I need. I went back on Monday evening, I was told again that the meat had just been delivered and they can’t work on it at the moment, than I went back on Tuesday and was told that he can’t fulfilled my order because he needs to do it in the morning. Nothing wowed me since this is the third time in row. I am so disappointed with poor service that I received. I will not go back and will not recommend this place if they don’t fulfilled the customers needs. There was no respect showing for wasting my time. So this is my first time ordering food from this place because we usually go grocery shopping sometime and I want to try their food and very good probably one of the best falafel‘s I’ve had so far Everything I have tried has been great chicken, beef kofta , kuba ,rice the falafel was delicious great texture and the tahini sauce was perfect! Great prices and selection!!!!!!! The store is jam-packed with every ingredient you would need to cook Middle Eastern food, including the dried limes. I was overwhelmed by the selection. It also had fresh fruits, vegetables, and meats. I bought a few gift tins, one of baklava and another containg "butter and sesame" cookies. Yum! I also bought my very first quince (I was intrigued and know what it was). The selection was incredible for such a small footprint.
