River City Distillery — Attraction in Radford City

These guys are doing something with their “Rusty Rabbit” cinnamon flavored vodka that I have never experienced anywhere else. Finally there is a base spirit with a cinnamon nose and flavor that is natural, with a clean mouthfeel, that is delicious straight and for mixing (they’ll even do theirs in an old fashioned). Though it's just starting out, RCD is already excellent. The vibe is perfect for a chill evening; a relaxing and very spacious private courtyard and a cozy-cute bar inside. The vodka is incredibly smooth, just a little sweet and great for sipping, but if you want something fancier they have a great selection of showcase cocktails for super reasonable prices. Great great great evening at River City Distillery. Creative drinks and all of the products were impressive. The live music was awesome - couldn’t bring ourselves to leave. Thank you for letting us sample the cinnamon vodka - completely unique and delicious (we took two bottles home!) The rye was a favorite as well.
