Terrible service. I understand they are understaffed and I sympathize with them in that area. However the quality of the food is nothing short of horrible. Our last experience we waited for 17 minutes YES 17 minutes before they ever even took our order! Again they are understaffed so that could easily be forgiven. We didn't mind having to wait but once our food got there it was all completely wrong! We didn't get anything we ordered but got all the way home before we noticed this so they was closed before we realized it. The next day I tried calling to no avail! The waitress that brought out our food really concerned me. She had extremely dirty fingernails. Now if thats how you live then that's how you live but please don't work in fast food or any food industry if this is how you decide to take care of yourself. It's quite disgusting as a matter of fact. On top of all of this the waitresses didn't even bring our drinks to us and once we alerted her she said you guys didn't have any drinks and literally argued about it untill we had to show her the reciept! We asked for a manager and the girl said sorry they are on break! At this point I was tired and just ready to be done and left to go home and not even have anything we ordered! So that was close to $56.00 just wasted that could of went to a charity where it would have done more good than just going into our trashcan! Just awful! I wish I could give this place negative 5 stars just for the girls BLACK dirty fingernails alone. I mean come on you work with food!!! I don't know how many hrs this lady had worked but I can imagine she used the restroom at some point but I can almost guarantee she didn't...

I've been through the Radford VA location multiple times, including tonight, where I'm told they have no ice cream because the machine is turned off & being cleaned. The employees need to realize that Sonic is known for cold ice cream on a hot summer day and a full menu, open to close.
It is becoming a sad world when people are employed by a company but yet losing said company money. You have store managers even who are closing early or turning off the lights to be deceptive, standing around on their phones or talking, or flat-out ignoring customers. Look, if you don't want to work fast food, then there are a ton of other places that will employ you. However, when you are working with the public & you work at a fast food restaurant, the community depends on you to be open and operating as normal. Someone has hired you, and for your services, they pay you in the form of a check. If you choose not to serve people until closing time, or if you wanna have an attitude for whatever reason, then you're not fulfilling your job title & maybe you're not in the right line of work.
We need nice, compassionate people working these positions & therefore customers will return & sales will increase. It's not for everyone. There's no shame in that. The shame comes from when you are a mediocre employee at best and you're losing customers, money & eventually the business.
That's a long rant y'all on Sonic not having ice cream 2 hours before closing....
Read moreI showed up lunch time middle of the day one car at the pull up outside and 2 of my guys standing in the line of order out of there car . Keep in mind it's 90'+out side. I'm in a work truck with a trailer Since there was only one car on the entire parking lot and my guys standing in line at the outside at the order station I decided to go to the very first car Lane Right next to the ordering station. I tried to place an order and the young lady tells me to go wait in line with everyone else even though there was no one in the parking lot. I figured what the hell it's not a big deal there's no one here. Keep turning customers away over something stupid like this you're not going to have customers coming back here. I'm here for an 8 week project with a crew of 20 guys I can assure you no 1 on my crew's will be coming back here. Can't help felling it was...
