Rocas — Restaurant in Virginia

Tired of trying to give this restaurant a chance. We tend to eat here 1 or 2 times a week and always end up having issues with our orders. Food is never right, or they forget things. We always order to go. Tonight when we ordered we realized that the price of our order was almost $12 more than usual and we get the same thing every time. So we called later on to ask why we were charged more when their prices show online for a lower price. They eventually said they raised their prices a week prior and also charge an extra 0.50 cents per food item ordered just because its "to go". We said we've never been charged a to go order fee ever and we were charged for extra food we didnt order. They only wanted to say they would give us back $1.50 when they really owed us at least $10.00. And since this is during the COVID-19 pandemic they are only to be operating at 50 percent capacity and at 7:00pm on a Friday night they were over 100% filled with a line of people waiting from inside that wrapped outside filled with people. They are not following proper law and protocol during COVID-19 and have now lost loyal customers as I said we would order 1-2 times a week from their restaurant, even after the constant...

UPDATE 2/17/22 (increased to a 5 star rating from the previous 3 star): Ordered a Super Burrito with chicken again and asked if they could insure the burrito was covered with cheese. She suggested the small extra cheese at no cost instead of a large for the $4.25 we were charged before so agreed. When we picked up the order she checked and the burrito was only about half covered, so she took it back to the kitchen herself and had them fix it. Wanted to give her a shout out for fixing the issue and making sure we get what we are paying for. The food was excellent and finally had enough cheese without having to buy more. Will return for sure! Love Roca's 90% of the time, there food is good, but prices for any extras seem extreme. I understand food costs have gone up, but today we were shocked when we picked up my husband's Burrito. Unfortunately they have been skimpy on the cheese sauce, so we ordered some extra on the side. As you can see from the pictures they included a small container, maybe 1 ounce and charged us $4.25 for that extra cheese sauce. Food is marginal, there was plenty of staff not busy at all, service is really slow. This was the second time I'd eaten here. Both occasions I ask for a side fresh chopped jalapeños. I don't understand why this request is so difficult too understand and why the manager did not use this as a training opportunity. Both time's after waiting 10mins, I received a bowl of 1/2" cut rings. I sat outside the first time and did not notice how dirty the place was. Food crusted on the menu, table top sticky, with food left smeared across the top where it was wiped with a dirty towel. I ordered a margarita and it came in a glass with a big chunk broken off the stem of the glass. I was shocked when the reply was "do you want the glass replaced?" The salsa taste like dried oregano . You know your in trouble when the salsa is bad. The guacamole, I am pretty sure came out of a factory bag like " wholly guacamole" where they added in some fresh onions and tomatoes.
