Within 5 minutes of us being there, it started pouring. Everyone huddled for shelter since no one was allowed in the pool. They made an announcement in Spanish only, saying that we must take shelter. No mention of whether they are closing or not. Many people ran outside the gate for the tents on the outside of the gate. Once it stopped raining they did not allow anyone back inside saying there is nothing they can do. The teenagers working there were making faces and being snappy as if they can related to spending money on a whole family to do absolutely nothing. The gate guy was extremely rude. On one particularly hot week day, they were trying to cut the line and people were letting them, till I screamed, and called them out on it. Then they meekly got off the line, but eventually sneaked back on after me and my family were in. Tried to be tough guys with me inside till I got in the face of the one with the biggest mouth, then he shut up. But they really need to update the pictures from Google because their use to be 3 pools one for babies, the main pool and their was a diving pool but they removed the diving pool and the baby pool so their is only the main pool....
