VERY IMPORTANT PLEASE BEFORE EATING HERE. I have been a loyal customer for 6 years with Panda. I am very disappointed about what I am about to say. In October of 2017, I placed a phone order for delivery with a young boy around the ages of 12-13 who answered the phone. It seems he misunderstood me when he took my order and I received 4 orders of everything. It wasn’t a big deal I received my correct serving of food and my account was credited back the $135. Keep in mind I was respectful when asking for my refund. I didn’t have a grumpy face but I didn’t get mad at her or nor did I say anything to him. After that day the woman who works the register who usually answers the phone. She is also the mother of the young boy. She would bring up the situation with her son taken my order but blaming me. This would happen almost every time I ordered but I didn’t say much in regards to it, i would let her carry on. I get it its her son, I have a son too. Plus I wanted the food so I didn’t want to rocked the boat. On January 17, 2019, I called panda for another delivery the same woman answered the phone. She brings up the mistaken order up she said, “Are you sure your order is correct, this exactly what you want because you know what happen last year”. This time I responded and I didn’t sugar coat but respectful. I said “Ma’am I have ordered from you directly for 6 years. We haven’t had any confusions with orders prior to that day. Your son made a mistake.” I was annoyed that was still talking about this 13 months later and I might have been cranky that day. After my response she chuckles says ok and hang ups. We received the order shortly after. Everyone in my home including my son got extremely sick the next day. I got sick immediately after I finished the eating the food with bad stomach cramps and throwing up for days. The vomiting stop but stomach pains took days. I won’t say she did anything to the food but that’s the first time I ever gotten sick after eating food from there. I will say this I will never eat there again. It's very unfortunate, I am going to miss ordering from there, the food is really good. I don’t understand why she was so mad, I didn’t make a big deal about it ever. Read moreUpdate: I originally put 2 stars but I changed it to 4....The reason for this is, that Panda China called me and said they were sorry for the mistake made earlier and offered me a free meal plus a refund. They really care about their customers and so I appreciate the effort they made to make things right. 👍🏽 👍🏽
I ordered lunch online but I didn't receive a confirmation email. So I called to see if it was received. It was not. I then was asked to reorder the lunch over the phone. I did. 5 minutes later I got the order delivered. Apparently it was the online order they said they didn't receive. About 1hr. later, the same delivery lady is back at my house with the order I made on the phone. I don't take it. She takes it with her. I call restaurant and ask if they charged me twice. They did. They say they will give me a refund for the food I did not take. Only they think I took it . So I call the delivery lady and she immediately puts me on with the owner. I tell the owner that I never took the second order of food and that the delivery lady has it in her car. I was told I would be refunded. I will wait and see if that happens... I know things happen, but ...paying almost $40 for a lunch special was quite a fiasco that I would like to avoid in the future....

After an hour passed I called and they assured me the food would arrive any minute. 15 minutes after that the food arrived. It arrived cold and soggy and our sushi tray looked like it had been picked through and was missing 6 different sushi rolls. I called the restaurant and the woman who answered the phone was incredibly rude to me, calling me a liar because it was impossible that anyone ate the sushi and that it was missing. I asked to speak to the owner but he had been out on a delivery (he had not delivered our food). The woman said she would have him call me when he came back. An hour and a half later he returned my call saying that if we bring the food back and prove that it was missing pieces, then we could have our money back. In the bad weather and now that it was after 9:30 PM I was not going to get in my car to prove to him that the food had been picked through.
Incredibly rude and unhelpful people. The food that did arrive that wasn't picked through tasted terrible. Don't waste your money. There are plenty of Chinese and sushi restaurants in the area that will give you great food and good service. This...
