Had an amazing Saturday afternoon here! Family friendly!! There is plenty of parking but it was full so we circled the lot until a spot became available. Free to get inside but to use the arcade games and ride the attractions you'll need to load a game card. There are plenty of reload terminals throughout - cash or credit cards accepted. There are $1 arcade games and higher. Rides are about $7-9 each ride. There are both indoor and outdoor attractions for anyone 44" and up. Smaller kids can ride as a passenger with adults on the outdoor go carts if they are at least 36" tall. The lines were long for the outdoor carting but they moved fast. They have a food court with a good amount of options - kind of pricey with 5 tenders being $15 and no sides. Everything seems to be a la cart. They have large cheese pizzas around $18, 5 piece BBQ wings $9, sodas with refills $5, hot dogs $4, bottled water $1, etc. Hubby loved their Impossible burger $11, and raved it was better than the one at a popular chain we all know. It was crowded but manageable even with small children in our group. Restrooms were clean and the food court was constantly being cleaned too. At the food court, you grab a table number and use a kiosk to place and pay for your order. If you order a drink you'll retrieve it from the counter, your order will be brought to your table. We had the cheese pizza 🍕 bbq wings, hot dog 🌭, soda, icees, impossible burger, bottled waters - everything tasted great and fresh. Plenty of seating available with great views of either the outdoor area or arcade. We saw plenty of people bringing in a cake and setting up makeshift parties at the long tables (check with the establishment if you need to prearrange this). BTW, the tables were in a covered part of the food court with sliding doors leading directly to the outdoor play area for easy access. Overall, our little ones and teens had a wonderful time. Our teens raved about their experience and can't wait to return with friends. We spent about 3hrs there and it didn't feel like it. Bumper cars were indoors - enjoyed those but kids had to be at least 44". We didn't golf outdoors but that area looked awesome. It takes the game card and appeared that anyone entering that area would need to use the card to enter. Also didn't play laser tag this visit but will next time. There was a water tube area but closed during our visit. There was law enforcement presence outside and felt safe in the...
Read moreif you are an adult couple interested in visiting, this review is for you. went with my husband on 4/27/25 after years and years of many folks gushing over frankie's in general (however not this specific location), so we had really high hopes. unfortunately, overall it was a letdown. there are not many arcade games in my opinion, and they are crammed into a space too small to comfortably hold them all. there is definitely not enough room to move around in the narrow isles. (additionally, while this is not something the location can control, there was an insane amount of incredibly rude and unsupervised kids and teens - just something for couples to keep in mind.) while i don't expect the staff to be providing world class service, we had to wait for multiple of them to get off their phones to help us. we went to three different stations trying to figure out how to start the mini golf course because the only direction we received was "go to the other person outside." we only encountered one staff member (the young man running the 3d ride) who provided good customer service and didn't act like we were bothering him by existing. we were also really disappointed that the drifting go cart course was closed as that was something we wanted to try. the go cart course for adults that was open had a very long line, and after everything else that had already happened, we weren't interested in waiting that long.
some positives: once we figured out how to start mini golf, we had a lot of fun. we also really enjoyed the bumper cars (definitely healed our inner child a bit). i really enjoyed the dark 3d ride.
overall, the only thing this location has going for it over other arcades is the rides or attractions (laser tag, claw, etc).
ultimately, it was our first and last...
Read moreI came here on 1/2/21 with my bf and bff after having dinner. I hadn’t seen my bff in a LONG time. We love going go-carting because it’s decent priced ($8). We arrived at 8:30ish. They are currently closing at 10pm due to the statewide curfew 🙄. They had to transfer my bf and I fun card because we got them at the Charlotte location. The Process was simply and fairly quick. They do have to call the location to get the points and balance though. First thing we did was go carts. The one thing I did noticed is that they did not wipe down the carts after each race. I went to the Charlotte location a month or so ago and they were. My bf and bff requested that they clean their carts, which they did. According to them, one of the staff started to get an attitude. Personally, I wasn’t tripping about them cleaning the carts, and neither was everyone else who in the race. However, i understand people wanting to be cautious. The race was fun 🤩 We went inside afterwards and played some of the arcade games. We did do the Dark Ride Carnival. It was nice. Staff were wearing mask, somewhat. Less so outside staff than inside staff. It’s an arcade, so you can guess how much social distancing is enforced. After a certain time, you do have to be 18. They had law enforcement at the entrance and they were checking IDs if you looked younger than 18. At 10pm, they cut off access to all the games. They stopped the outside activities about 9:50pm, unfortunately. My bff and I wanted to do another go cart race. I hadn’t been to this location in a while but I didn’t notice that it seems to have some game upgrades. Overall, I’ll be back. It’s a nice arcade area with rides outside, mini golf,...
