We stopped coming to this Starbucks. I want to be fair, I think the problem right now is that there is just a ton of staff in training. Keena is consistently great—she’s expedient, makes my drink correctly, and is pleasant. If she’s not working, I would walk in, see the staff, and walk back out. The new team cannot seem to recreate any of the signature drinks and it takes ages for them to figure out what to do. Read moreTerrible customer service. The employees don’t know the drinks. I explained what I wanted (matcha lemonade) and the cashier was nice, but the woman making the drinks acted annoyed. The cashier asked the other woman how to ring it up and she put something else in, when I showed them the app and what it usually costs, the woman making the drinks said, “we have no control over that,” even though the screen had something different than what I ordered, so I said never mind and left.
