International Food — Attraction in Raleigh

Be extremely careful when going to this market with your children! The market itself is nice but the ppl who visit this place or hangout are dangerous! They seem to be looking for targets to abduct, thankfully I was with my husband. At first we where stopped by a man in a whit car with a heavy Italian accent offering perfume we denied the offer went in the store and shopped upon paying men started acting suspicious behind me my defense was in mode because I can sense when something is wrong. We paid walked back to car upon loading my children up two men started to walk around cars acting as if they where searching for something on there phone then tried coming close to me so my husband stood towards my direction from loading up the trunk the man saw and redirected his self. Proceeded back to his vehicle acting as they couldn’t open their car we pulled away then they got in there car and started driving.

Point of this review is to be vigilant! Owner needs more security around his market and control the hanging outside these ppl are doing. These ppl escape their country to bring harm to ours. Protect your families! Keep your eyes moving...

If I can give no stars I would! This place has a selection of meats and a wide variety BUT their customer service sucks. I have been there in two different occasions and had two different cashier lady's and not one word was exchanged and boy did I get the side eye. This place is racist I went with my husband that isn't Hispanic so it may have appeared that I wasn't either. They give non Hispanic people a bad attitude and look at you as if you don't belong. Let me make this very clear ... yo soy Hispana y nunca maltrato a los cliente. Even if their was a language barrier all we ask is for you to TRY. So disrespectful of the staff to treat customers in...

Customer service is an American concept. When people complain about the lack of cashiers making small talk, its because they have American expectations. This is a place to get groceries, not make small talk so do literally EVERYONE a favor and get your stuff and go.

Now for what you're here for: The store is well kept, everything is stocked fully. The aisles are clean and everything is at a reasonable price. They have a good selection of quality items, and other than that it's a good store that does what it needs. Oh, and every so often you can find a family run hot horchata stand in front of the store....
