Have not tried the food yet. Was very put off by customer service. I was hung up on when calling to place an order. Told I needed to come into the store and pay for my pickup order in person then they would make it. Even though I offered to pay over the phone with my card. I was told in person they couldnt accept a card over the phone because I could cancel the order on my card. Which for 1. Thanks for accusing me. When I went in to pay for my order in person they didnt even save the order, as I told her my order she answered the phone while I was talking. After trying to communicate my order 3 times, I walked to my car and had a friend call in the order for me to walk back inside and then pay. Waiting on my food currently, hopefully it's worth the annoyance. Normally I would have decided not to get the food, but I am from out of town and will rely on the positive reviews in Hope's of it being decent.
In addition. They have a black list with customers first and last names taped to the wall, which includes the customers phone numbers as well. There are things written down beside customers names which I find incredibly inappropriate.
My family liked their food okay for the most part. Fried chicken wings are good, I got black pepper chicken and it's nothing like I'm accustomed to,...
Read moreUpdate as of 12/20/20: Jin Jin has always been our go to takeout because it’s very convenient. However the past 3 times that we’ve ordered we wait at least 35-45 minutes for our order and are always told 15 minutes. Today we ordered an egg roll, soup, dumplings, and beef short ribs, we were told it would take 15 minutes. Knowing it would take much longer than that we went to pick up the food 25 minutes after ordering and it still wasn’t ready. We waited for 35 minutes to get a few appetizers. When we got home the dumplings nor egg roll were warm and had clearly been sitting out for a while. During a pandemic I would think having a ton of people waiting around is the last thing a restaurant would want, but Jin Jin doesn’t seem to mind. It’s time to say goodbye to Jin Jin.

Read moreVery bad service questions how any dish comes and they answer you with arrogance I asked for a chicken that obviously as I am not Chinese I do not know how it comes I kindly ask the cashier and she answers everything is good you want it or not because we are busy as it was the only place open we ask but to the surprise it is not good as the cashier says it is the worst chicken I have ever eaten in my life I kindly told him that I did not like that he wanted some change and he tells me with arrogance we do not make changes I said it is okay to do it you and me I was. I work in a restaurant and we never do that to a client I do not recommend that place at all and before me a woman was claiming something like that with her food only that I did not pay much attention to what it was but I think it was my mistake to have...
