Look no further, this is the go to store to service your phone and computer. The staff are highly skilled and knowledgeable. They even perform data restoration from damaged HD and memory sticks. Giving them five stars couldn't express how grateful I am for their courtesy (BIG thanks to Jason and the staff) to go extra mile to fix my kid's iphone 7+. I brought in my kid's iphone 7+ for audio IC issue (microphone was grayed out during call) yesterday at noon. The staff dropped everything to accommodate my need and fixed the audio IC within just few hours. I able to pick up my kid's phone after work the SAME day!!! While I was picking up the phone, one of the staff brought to my attention that the couple LCD back lights were not working. Since it is my kid's phone I don't know whether the back lights were broken before the fix or after. The staff informed me that fixing audio IC on the main board wouldn't damage the LCD back lights. But Jason agreed to replace the back light assembly with the brand new one at no cost!!! Wow, this said a lot about their service and dedication to their works. Please give them a try and you will believe every single word...

Extremely satisfied with the 2 day experience, mission: take 2 semi working laptops, and merge-consolidate data to/and purchase a quality refurbished laptop from Sonic for my business. Walter worked with me for over 2 hours on night one...being a senior citizen, I was amazed at his patience, kindness, and willingness to educate me on each and every step he was providing. He did this while servicing multiple walk-in customers with the same genuine and professional approach. The following morning went back to pick up the finished product the ACER brand laptop, and Will was equally as kind and patient, and helped me through every step to initialize the new ACER, and I walked out of Sonic with a fully functioning business computer ready for immediate use. The entire labor, service, parts, laptop came to a total of just $325 total...all in all, to me worth 2 to 3 times of the final bill. A huge tip of the hat to Sonic Device, making me feel like a valued and important customer, having some light hearted fun and laughter along the way (a lost art) and total start to finish excellent experience!!!!
