AutoToys — Attraction in Randolph

I have been using Autotoys in Randolph MA. since way back when it was called MHL. Dave the now owner and former employee of the previous regime is a true stand up businessman. He is cordial, respectful, and has the clients best interest at heart. Of course we all have our own wants as in my case I wanted to keep my factory deck to deter thieves and quite frankly the simplicity of it. Dave played along and let me keep my 8 track player lol his words.... The day of my install lets just say more than a few hiccups to my vehicle and its belongings and the nice new equipment I just purchased. It was a complete wreck. The next morning after cooler heads prevailed I called and spoke to Dave whom was not present at work the day of my install. I had informed him I was coming and was very dissatisfied. After going there and speaking with him he honored all the work and damages and even personally gave me a ride back to work. This allowed him ample time to right the wrongs per se. Can't say enough about a good company that just had an off day. I wish Dave and Autotoys the most success and prosperity they could ever imagine. Highly recommend them if not for anything else the service alone goes a long way in my book. Big ata boy to you Dave and your staff. Keep up...

My boyfriend took my car into AutoToys next to my home, to install the auto-starter for my car because Massachusetts' weather has been so brutal lately. Although I had to take the car back 3 times for them to check it out because the auto-starter only worked maybe twice out of the 20 times that we've tried to use it. My boyfriend and I were almost running out of patience with them but decided to give them one last chance because supposedly the Toyota Prius push-to-start is a little more complicated than most other models. On the 3rd time, David, the owner had to replace the whole different brand of auto-starter system and different remote. He upgraded the system to the brand Excalibur and added the two-way receiver remote for me without additional charge because we were so patient with them. From what my boyfriend told me, it is a very good brand. David, the owner was apologetic and professional with us the entire time.

Although I had to bring the car back three time for it to work, I give them 5 star for their customer service and how they handled...

I wanted to get a dash cam, stupidly waiting until after an accident to finally get one, so I got recommended to Auto Toys. The guys are really laid back over there, got it installed just like I wanted it, and it's working like a charm. They did it so clean, I don't see any wires on the back camera and from the driver seat, don't see any wires for the front camera. The only wires showing anywhere run along the passenger side of the rear view mirror, very cleanly, to the top of the windshield where it gets tucked away.

I waited in a waiting room for a little under an hour and he was already done. He even took a look at my headlight which was causing me issues an fixed it in a couple minutes.

Highly recommended that you check this place out for anything electrical you need for your car. I know if I need something else done, I'll be coming back for more....
