GREAT EMT SHIRT. My experience with them selling emt shirt is great. But now when I came in and order a emt pants. I ask for side pocket right. They didnt have my size. So, they told me. We can look in the closet and we'll ship it to you later. I PAIDED FOR SHIPPING. It two month later. They tell me we had the wrong address so you now have to pick it up..... Ok, I go to pick up my emt pants. (Keep in mind their no refund for the shipping) As I drive home I was just shocked. Now, I paid 40 something dollar for pants that 1 dont have side pocket. 2. Would have been way more cheaper if I got them in walmart.... Now customer service on the phone is another thing. If they pick up the phone and their a women (warning). Some women in the office have the nastiest attitude. I wish they can record and display to the staff how horrible these people speak to customer. I promise you when a male pick up the phone. He was calm and alway trying to address the problem and provide the best service. This is my personal experience with them and it needed to be said. So based on 5 star they can get 3...

Not only did she nail the design, but she also hit a tight deadline without sacrificing quality.

I've been in business since 2012 and, frankly, I've always felt like most print and embroidery shops don’t truly care about the final product — but Fully Promoted was a completely different experience. Tina genuinely cared about getting it right and making sure I was happy.
