To: The restaurant owner,
I ordered the below items for take away Non spicy chicken fried rice Non spicy chicken appetizer Chicken biryani
The food was amazing. Loved it !
‼️I was driving from Boston and had rough day, While picking up the order I asked if we can dine in and the guy said that the dine in is closed due to insufficient staff.
Later I see a family walk-in and dining. When I asked the person at the counter he said that the family is owners friend and they are allowed to dine in. I even asked the family who was waiting to be served in front of the guy who told us all this in disrespectful way that they were friends of the owner and they told me that they just casually called the restaurant for reserving dine in, The guy behaved rude and asked not to argue.
I stepped out and had the food in the car. I felt this racism and experienced discriminational customer service.
Now I wonder if the owner of this place should have people who mistreat and discriminate against people who are going to leave their money or just want to damage the business, my recommendation as a businessman is the following, change the staff or pay for them to study and change their manners and thus will obtain more customers, one never knows who they will meet even if you are modestly...
Read moreBelow average food, and overpriced. Just ordered delivery from this place for the first and last time. First off, they charge $10 for delivery, I live less than 2 miles away....!! It would be fine if their food didnt suck. Most places req. delivery minimum, which makes way more sense, I felt bad not tipping the delivery man, but I assume/hope the delivery charge goes to him, but I Already dropped $50, so i couldnt afford to give him $10. So for $50 i got 2 samosas without the usual small sides of chutney. I asked for extra yogurt sauce on the side, I recieved one and it was disgusting, like they added water to it. One order of butter chicken (decent but also hard to mess up) and a lamb biryani which you would think would be amazing if its coming from a place called "Paradise Biryani" was poorly made. They basically put the rice on top of some spicy lamb, could tell it wasn't cooked together so none of the flavors came togethe also the lamb didnt taste very fresh. My favorite indian restauarant didnt have a driver today so i decided to give this place a shot. REGRET. I should have just driven there in snow to pick up, I'd be a lot happier...

We thought that there would be SOMETHING just below the plain rice but naah!! We have been staying around for 5 yrs...and it’s disheartening to see how the food quality has DETERIORATED over these years.. this was really a place couple of yrs ago to hang out over lunch/ dinner but DEFINITELY not anymore.. and yeah this is not the first time ..recently its the 2nd time we have observed that their food quality has gone down..not sure what the reason is ..management changed or just negligence..but whatever it is ...IT IS DEFINITELY NOT WORTH THE MONEY! $12.79 for...
