Juvon Skincare & Wellness — Attraction in Raritan

This business needs to be much more ashamed of whoever is handling their scheduling. On TWO separate occasions, someone from Juvon Skincare and Wellness called me to schedule an in-office pick-up for a product I ordered through their online store. Both times, I arrived at the time I was instructed to come in for pick-up. The first time (July 3) no one came after waiting for 30 minutes and calling several times. The door was locked and lights were completely off. The phone was not answered by any employee but was instead was picked up and hung up immediately. I was called again a week later to re-schedule a pick-up. Again, no one was in office! I called several times and when someone finally answered, I was told to wait 15 minutes for someone to arrive in office. I was also given the option to have them "leave the product outside" for me to come fetch at a later date. A $30 face wash left outside? This time, I had been waiting outside since 10:10 (told to arrive around 10am), and no one arrived until 10:40am. This, to me, is an embarrassing way to handle business. They seriously need to update their business hours online and to whoever is handling...

One star is for the aesthetician who left the office without doing my facial. I arrived exactly 8 minutes late, unfortunately. I tried to call and inform them, but they didn't pick up. It would have been reasonable if she had just reduced my facial by 8 minutes from the scheduled 60, but instead, she left for the day. I had confirmed the appointment one hour prior when they called.

After not having someone to go to for Brazilian waxes, I decided to give Juvon a try, my first experience was getting a Brazilian wax with Jenna and she did incredibly well, she was very gentle and super nice! I was very due for one and i appreciate her patience and she was very quick! It’s been a month and still very little hair!
