They made my sandwich wrong not how I requested it be made. So I brought it back up to let them know & when the new one was made the bagel was burned. I brought it back up & the manager Carlos was arguing with me & extremely rude to me insulting me saying it was not burned over & over again, and Valentina joined in & started arguing with me very nasty to me as well stating that I'm wrong & the sandwich is made right continuously arguing with me that I was wrong. The sandwich was thrown together with way to much egg white on it. The other sandwich we ordered had barely any product on it. Was such a horrific experience for us we are very good customers but after today we will not ever be returning again. Train your staff properly especially your management on duty. This is not what people go out for & spend $7 on a sandwich or anything else that is not made properly & is disgusting & unacceptable. And word of advice!!!! DON'T ARGUE With your customers. Your customers are your pay check & your business. And lose the nasty attitude how dare you speak to your customers that way and treat them like trash. Excuse you! Go back in training you need alot of it on all levels!!!!! Horrible disgusting place to eat & experience & this has happened before at this location the customer service usually sucks!!!! Be my guest. Two can play at that game! She lacks courtesy, mannerism, and professionalism. Haven't had this kind of side banter and face to face unprofessionalism with any other employee. Always welcomed, and met with professionalism from other employees but not this time. Last time coming to this location. Now to better business bureau. Stop hiring these children! Vet your applicants better! Teach your employees to stop gossiping and talking so much (unrelated work topics) while working in the back, EVERYONE can hear them. Read moreI have been going to this Panera almost weekly since I joined the Sippin' Club. For about $12, you get unlimited drinks and refills (although I think it is one every 2 hours or something). Of course, that just pulls me in the restaruant since I always seem to order a muffin or bakery item.
I got there around 7:45 am - just after they opened at 7:30 am, I believe. I was hoping to get some work done. The radio was rather loud even for a relatively empty restaurant.
The coffee is nice and hot. I like to drink it, but Panera coffee is not my go-to favorite. The soft-drinks provide a nice variety from the typical soft drinks in similar restaurants.
The food is usually tasty, and I do not recall having a meal I did not enjoy.
