Raytown Square Shopping Center — Attraction in Raytown

I shopped at Hy-Vee it's not one of my regular locations but....I usually enjoy myself at all of them. So I went to the bakery and hot food counter. The smoked turkey roast dinner was good, the meat had a smoke flavor not overpowering though, tender and moist. The sides carrots and the green beans were both seasoned and tasty not mushy fork tender. It was $8.99 I believe. Not it was my birthday so the dessert was my main reason for going...the cake was marble cake nothing much special nor bad about it. The Lemoncello Tart....OK listen the intention is great But the tart shell needs some work, the Tarr itself needs some butter or lard something to give it body and color it needs some depth to it. The lemon filling was pasty..very good lemon flavor just pasty and the top lemon crumbles and firm whipped topping just takes the elegance away from it. I really hope they work in it cause it has the potential to be very good. THEE BOURBON PECANNNNNN TART came through baby and made everything thing alright. The tart texture has a great chew and body rich caramel brown color on the tart. The ratio of custard and tart is fantastic not to sweet just perfect and you get the BOURBON back drop as the last flavor in your mouth smooth and caramelish the topping is yummy and thick which is great on a fork tender tart. The whole pecans gave it more body. With that being said..Ladies and Gents thee BOURBON Pecan...

We love to shop here. The kids have there shops they love and we have ours. It make a good family trip when we all can enjoy going together and we all enjoy ourselves. There are plenty of items for all types items that are of good quality that's are cheaper end. And other items that are the higher price end but all are worth the price regardless. You have price Cooper there too so you can get you grocery shopping done all in one it's great deal. Save money time and gas you can't ask for better. If you and your family are looking to go out shopping and having a good time I would suggest raytown square shopping center...

Grocery store, shoe store, beauty supply store, T-Mobile store, Valvoline instant oil change, Applebee's, churches chicken, subway...... This is a pretty nice array of businesses in one little strip mall complex! Buffalo wild wings going out off here was kind of heart breaking since that's my favorite place on the world to eat but, not any crime I'd heard of coming out of this mall.
