China Town — Restaurant in Raytown

The food was awesome before theu changed owners. They are using spaghetti noodles sometimes with lo mein or without the lo mein. I only eat lo mein plain nothing on it and it was disgustingly cold and gross. They made with sprouts after I said plain. How do you mess up plain? They didn't want to remake fresh noodles. It was like 8 pm or maybe earlier and wasn't fresh. Myhusband was really upset bc the food tasted different to him. We drove from Grandview to get chinese from there bc it was so good. My husband order the last time we thought we give it one more chance his fried dumplings weren't the same and not very good. It's hard to find a good Chinese resturant here. Especially to find ont that serves boneless spare ribs. My husband is from Ny and all Chinese here just that great. Now we gotta find a new one. Ok so I get this is a grab and go spot not a sit down and I am truly sorry if they dont have enough workers however the young lady at the front could have a better attitude. I can get soup and rangoons from Hyvee with better service. Let talk food iv had food from here many times and over the years quality has gone down. Sometime rice is cold and not broke up sometime onion in fried rice and uncooked and sometime shrimp are a bit under. All I wanted was Wonton Soup and rangoons. South has noooo color and nooo flavor taste like barley season water with some large very bland wonton. Meat inside was tasteless and I couldn't get through even one. I used to love this place,my family has eaten here for years. I remeber seeing the grandmother folding wotons in the restaurant which has been over a decade .However, recently there was an incident where an item was left out of my order and I didn't notice until I got home. I called China Town and spoke with the manager who was unempathetic and spoke to me in a way that was beyond disrespectful. I called today because I wanted to order but changed my mind due to my previous experience. I choose where I spend my hard earned money and unfortunately it will no longer be spent at china town.
