I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Blossom Nails. I have been a regular customer for a couple of years, visiting twice a month, but lately, the service has become increasingly frustrating. Due to my work schedule, it’s difficult to set regular appointments, so I typically call ahead to check availability. Sometimes they’re accommodating, but other times they’re too busy, and I have to wait for a more flexible time.
Unfortunately, the quality of the services is never consistent, and the entire experience often feels rushed. I’ve been trying to overlook this, but today’s experience pushed me to write this review.
I called ahead, as usual, and was told to come in. When I arrived, the salon was completely empty. They directed me to start with a pedicure, which was fine. However, shortly after I began, a group of walk-ins came in without appointments and were immediately seated for their services. When it was finally my turn for a manicure, they told me there was no one available to do it and that I should come back at another time.
This level of disorganization and disregard for loyal customers is truly unacceptable. It’s incredibly frustrating to see walk-ins prioritized over someone who has been coming regularly, especially when the place was nearly empty when I arrived. I’ve always been patient with the inconsistent service, but at this point, I can’t ignore how poorly they handle scheduling and customer care. It’s a shame, but I won’t...
Read moreThis was my second time visiting this nail salon. I don't live local, but work in the area. I love that they ha e online scheduling.. that is so much more convenient for me personally. My first visit was a pedi and a gel mani as my old one from a previous salon wasn't holding up. The pedi was lovely and next time I plan to try a spa ped. The manicurist suggested I try dip powder instead of the gel since I was having problems with the gel holding up. She helped me pick a color similar to what I had on and did a great job. My nails always left at the cuticle, and while that did still happen with the dip, it lasted 3 weeks and never peeled off or bent/broke my natural nail. I came back the second time.. and altho I have never done anything but a solid color.. I saw so many women getting pretty designs... I came to the 2nd appointment with one in mind. The manicurist picked the perfect color to match the photo and replicated the design beautifully. I was so impressed!!! I thought it would be nice to just give her an idea of something springy and simple.. but she blew my mind with her execution. I lefr very happy.. and altho this review may seem over the top for a small dip mani... I was just so happy to have nails that lasted, didn't break, and were not outrageously out of budget. Thank you...
Read moreif i could give this negative stats i would. my nails here are perfectly fine. But let’s talk about lash extensions. If you’re not qualified to do them, you shouldn’t add them into your business. I got a hybrid lash extension done, and there was glue stuck all over my eyelid. Each lash was rocksolid and glue together, and I could hardly open my eye. The process was painful as she kept pulling and tugging on my real eyelashes for whatever reason. I went home that day crying because I couldn’t even drive home because I couldn’t open my eyes. My mom had to soak my eyelids and lashes in Vaseline and olive oil to attempt to take them out and still they were rocksolid. I come back this morning to get a refund today and the woman starts yelling at us in the store saying that I didn’t come earlier because I was making excuses and that I can’t come back here again. she called me and my mother rude and tried her best to pretend to not find our card on Apple Pay to give us a refund. She then told us that she thinks we are super rude again and told us never to come back here because we are making excuses and we need to get out. I will attach photos below. OH ANDDDDD she tried to tell me this eyelashes looked bad because it was my fault for trying to brush out the...
