Smokers Paradise — Attraction in Redding

I have visited this location for many years now. Like some others have noted, they often cannot be reached by phone - which is unfortunate and not professional. However, they are very helpful in the store. I have never received the bad customer service that others have noted when I was in their store. The location frequently has extended family members helping out, and sometimes it can seem a bit hectic because of this.

Also, if you are scared of large dogs beware. Their dog is very sweet, and very calm. But he is a huge black lab, and it might scare some people who have had bad experiences with dogs in the past. He often wanders around the inside of the store, and even outside into the...

Tried to buy tobacco free wraps, and explained that I needed wraps without any nicotine in them. The guy behind the counter said that he had a few options and pointed me towards the wrap section. I asked once again that these did not have any tobacco, and the worker confirmed they did not. I purchased two wraps from this store, only to check the packing more closely in the parking lot and see that both wraps had nicotine. I headed back into the store not even a full 2 minutes after leaving (both packages fully unopened or torn) and the guy behind the counter said “he didn’t do any exchanges or refunds” of any kind, and wasn’t willing to work with me. Love this place they always make you a great deal especially if you're willing to spend some money nice people nice owners they will never surprise you with crazy outrageous charges I happen to love their masks that they sell they are very thick comfortable they don't fall apart the minute you wash them they're cheap and they have the little ear thingies on them that make them fit your face better. They sell everything from stun guns to cigarettes to jackets and herbal supplements home decor art you name it they probably got one of it probably or can get it if you ask go check them out I've been going there for years you probably will too...
