Three Shastas Bar and Grill is a true piece of Redding’s fine history, evoking fond memories for many, including myself. Under the adept management of Danielle—a class act whose kindness and intelligence lead with grace—the establishment continues to thrive. The staff, including the beautiful & talented bartender Denise and the beautiful and attentive server Kayla, contribute significantly to the warm and welcoming atmosphere.
This evening at 8:30 PM, a live band will be performing, bringing the same good old vibes we all know and love. The venue boasts what I consider the best outdoor patio among bars and restaurants in Redding, providing an ideal setting for dining and socializing.
Reflecting on my personal journey, I began working here as a banquet server at 18. In hindsight, when the HR Director offered me a choice between serving at Misty’s or as a banquet server, I should have chosen Misty’s. Nevertheless, I’ll always cherish this wonderful bar and club, renowned for its exceptional food. The dishes not only look amazing but consistently receive high praise from patrons and reviewers alike.
Families are warmly welcomed—bring grandma and grandpa, aunts and uncles, brothers and sisters, and even your well-behaved pets. Enjoy a piece of Redding’s finest. Adjacent to the establishment is a gym and a beautiful pool, where guests can be seen happily swimming, adding to the...
Read moreStayed an entire week at the hotel that this restaurant is located in and supposedly services, BUT they didn't have an updated menu available in any of the rooms or at the front desk of the hotel. When I called to consider making resevations (for a family of 5 steak dinners) I asked the lady if they had a menu available because all the resources they mention were coming up short. The website didn't work and there were no menus anywhere. So the ladies comment to me was, " well I have a menu right here in front of me" as if to say what is the problem. I've stayed at other hotels offering room service and the answer usually has been. "Yes, we have new menus and we will have one sent up." Or, " yes, we do but we are busy would you mind coming down for one?" You know good OLD customer service! I could see if they weren't offering room service than ok, but they were. At that point they lost our business. We spent alot of money on food over the duration of our stay. Too bad it didn't go to them and it would have been awesome to have the convenience. Also my lil grand daughter was pretty disappointed we didn't order...
Read moreWeird and dysfunctional experience. Heard great things about this place so decided to try it out with my kid and dad. Upon arriving it took the host 10 plus minutes to realize we were standing around waiting on a table. (They had only like 3 tables sat in the entire restaurant). Once we got a table they didn’t give us any menus. We almost waited another 20 minutes to receive our menus. When we got the food; it wasn’t very flavorful and we didn’t have any silverware. And then in the middle of eating my elderly dad needed to find the closest restroom. We were not guests of the hotel. We dined in as walk in and never even been inside the hotel. We were not guests staying there. When somebody from the kitchen staff gave my dad directions to the bathroom he went to a table and said “sorry for the wait. This old man that has no idea what he is doing needed directions to the bathroom.” Super rude and uncalled for. Waiting for a table, menus, silverware, food that wasn’t even good and an employee talking negatively on my elderly father did not make this dinner a good experience. Won’t...
