All New Upholstery offers an incredibly wide range of very reasonably priced services and car modifications, some of which I didn't even realize were possible. I only came in for a smartphone app based remote starter for my 2012 Audi A7. Being a German luxury car they're naturally a little more complicated to work and issues that cannot be anticipated can arise easily to no fault of techs. In my case, a noncritical warning light for a steering module appeared after they finished reassembling the car. The tech (who i believe was also the owner) personally stayed late to assure me they would do what ever it takes to make the car pristine. They ended up paying for the car to be brought to the Audi dealership who was able to fix the minor issue with a bit of software. Everyone at All New Upholstery, from the desk girls to the techs, showed me excellent customer service and a great install job. As i'm certain they show this level of care with all their jobs, I will definitely be back for stereo work in the near future.

Total dissatisfaction with my jaguar . I left it there at their shop for a few minor things to repair .I left the car in a working condition .When I came to pick up the transmission switch was not working ,the side mirrors were improperly attached Bottom line they messed up the entire electric system of the car .Driving back home was scary Because of the side mirrors.I could not see the cars on either side .. Total disregard for me ..and their excuses were " vintage car ..old car I was not there I go to school now I was not around when this happened " Beautiful right . There are no such excuses when you either as an owner of the shop or the assistant ' s owner should have taken responsibility for your bad actions and fix the problem .. Yes ...you gave me my money back but the consequences are huge ..don't you think ????you destroyed my car for no reasons Total lack of professionalism!!!!!! People be very careful if you ever bring your car there ..expect the worse from them and expect to deal with the worse ! So so...

BUYER BEWARE! We hired Gio, the owner, to make a boat enclosure for us. Our project had to be redone 3-4 times because of errors on part of his seamstress. On the last fitting, she sewed the water seal on upside down and the port and starboard windows were still not the same size after her third attempt. Gio took everything back to his shop for more adjustments. The next day he sent a text saying 'they could not meet our expectations' and would be sending our deposit back. We sent him a text and called several times asking to speak with him so we could work something out. We offered to buy what was done and we would hire someone else to finish the job. He never responded so we drove to his shop and he was not there. His son called him and he left it to his son to tell us that he sold our enclosure to someone else for a discounted price.
