Sent in a prescription refill on a Sunday, was supposed to be ready after 7 on Monday. I called to make sure they would have it in stock, they said yes. That didn't happen. Instead there was a delay cause the system wouldn't update. Then I come in Tuesday when they said it gonna be ready and they only had a partial refill ready and they had to order more. Now it's Thursday, they said it would be here and ready and still nothing. I was in Minnesota taking care of my family and drove down to get my prescription. Planning on being back in Minnesota Tuesday night. Now because of the incompetence of Walgreens' pharmacy, not necessarily all the people at the pharmacy, but most. My family is stressing trying to do everything around the house and taking care of sick parents, multiple dogs, etc. The pharmacy, the app/website and the phone line all say something else. If you don't a super common prescription don't go here. Go anywhere else. This is the third time I've had to wait an extended period of time for my prescription. I asked for it to be transferred to another place they said I can’t request it to have the other pharmacy call. The other pharmacy has attempted to reach out 17 times and stayed on hold for 2 hours with no answer. Now I called this morning and have been on hold for over an hour get the pick up changed abd they are picking up the phone and putting it back on hold repeatedly hoping I hang up. Read moreService is beyond slow, they’re always being and they have Terrible customer service. My son had an ear infection in both ears. We left the hospital at 9am and his prescription was sent over by the doctors. After giving Tylenol to sooth the excruciating pain I visited the pharmacy around 1pm and they were on break. I waited in my car over an hour only to go back in and find out the prescription was not ready. They told me to come back in 2 hours and the prescription STILL WASNT READY. This time they told me they would send a text when the medication was ready for pick up. It is now 9:48pm and I am still waiting. I called in to the pharmacy twice and after being on hold for 52 minutes I was hung up on still with no resolution. This is unprofessional and unacceptable. Avoid this location...
