KFC — Restaurant in Rich Township

ZERO STARS!!! I placed a mobile order and when I arrived, I was told they didn't not receive any mobile orders tonight, I asked how was that possible when I have a screen that's shows Yayy, we received your order? They then flipped the script and stated, they don't have any chicken and could not fulfill my order nor could they give me part of the order or replace what they do not have... I was also told that they cannot cancel the order and I have to call the number on the receipt screen. I called the number and was told I have to wait 3-5 days to get my money back.... I'm just trying to understand why I put my phone number on the order if you weren't going to call and tell me there was no chicken before I waited my gas? Why do I have to wait for my money? Why do I have to call to get my money back? Why can I place a order for something they do not have? WHY DO YOU ALL SELL CHICKEN BUT DONT HAVE...

Do not order from this store. Manager named Mike is completely rude and unhinged. Order was submitted through Uber Eats. Could not speak to a rep as Uber Eats is completely online with discussing wrong orders. Called Mike about my order to see if I could get it rectified such as me driving to store and picking up corrected order and that I could show him my online receipt. He rudely states that my order is not what’s on his screen. Repeats it 5x. With more and more attitude. Then says “Well, I ain’t throwing anymore chicken in the fryer.” which I never asked him to do. I suggested that I could come the next day. He says “Bring the chicken wit you.” That’s fine. Ending the call I say, what is your name so I can tell them who I spoke to about my order tomorrow. He then refuses to repeat his name. Completely rude and disgusting. Not one apology. Not one “our bad”. Straight attitude and...

I have to start by saying that ever since the KFC in Champaign closed down, I've been dying for some of it... so much so that I was willing to travel an hour to pick it up.. Everyone that I interacted with was absolutely awesome starting with the guy that was about to clock in holding the door until I got to it to the guy that had just clocked out stopping dead in his tracks to help me at the counter all the way to the girl that was still on lunch getting me my order before she clocked back in. Even the very nice lady that made sure that I didn't walk out without my strawberry bites (sooo good) that I decided to get when I saw the picture of them on the counter! The whole team was honestly one of the very best food service experiences that I have ever had! You all rocked it on the realest! I will definitely be making that trip again...
