Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Rich Township

I had a frustrating experience with my recent order at the Little Caesars in Olympia Fields. First off, the app definitely needs improvement. My youngest brother went to pick up my order of five pizzas, only to be told that someone else had already picked it up. This didn’t make sense, especially since I had just received an email confirming that the order was ready for pickup. It seems there was a mix-up, and if the store gave my order to someone else by mistake, they should have taken responsibility for it. Instead, I felt like the situation was being shifted onto the customer. If there was an error, it’s important for the store to own up to it rather than blame the customer. I understand the store is new, but common sense should still apply. Overall, I’d recommend the store work on improving order accuracy and communication to prevent situations like this from happening...

0 stars, disgusting. I tried it once and hated it, gave this location another shot thinking maybe it was a one off but nope. I ordered the slice n sticks and there isn't a speck of seasoning on the pizza. Just bland pizza. I ordered the slice n sticks specifically because it's supposed to be made like the Italian cheese bread which has seasoning. Also, this franchise needs to be investigated because it's the only little Ceasars I've been to that used a strange thick white cheese for its pizzas. If I Make a online order and u buy something that they said they have but really don't I should get my money back instead the manager said I would have to cancel my whole order to get my money back from the iteam that they don't have.
