Apartment Complex Review: A Disheartening Experience I recently resided at columbia park apartments and felt compelled to share my experience regarding the management and overall environment. Unfortunately, my time there was overshadowed by the behavior of the property manager, which significantly impacted the sense of community and safety within the complex. First and foremost, the property manager has a troubling habit of sharing confidential information about tenants with others. It became apparent that she openly discusses personal matters and grievances of one tenant with others, which fosters a toxic atmosphere. This lack of discretion is not only unprofessional but also undermines the trust that residents should feel towards management. Moreover, the manager (Holly) seems to have a close-knit circle of friends within the complex, many of whom have questionable lifestyles, including known drug use. This association raises concerns about the safety and well-being of other residents. There are whispers and suspicions that the manager may even be involved in illicit activities herself, which contributes to an unsettling environment for those seeking a peaceful living situation. Another alarming issue is the preferential treatment shown towards her friends. Applications from her friendsâ adult children are often approved ahead of others who applied well before them. This blatant favoritism creates an unfair competitive environment for prospective tenants and leaves many feeling undervalued and disrespected. Overall, my experience at Columbia Park Apartments was troubling due to the management's lack of professionalism and the negative atmosphere it created. For anyone considering moving here, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere until these issues are addressed. A community should foster trust, respect, and safety, and unfortunately, this complex falls short...
Read moreI have lived here since 2012 it has had its ups and downs but with the new management and new owners it is getting cleaned up it did get a Lil unsafe there for a min but it has changed with the removal of some people. Now I feel like I can let mâ¸y kids go outside and not have to worry about them being in the cross fire of a shot out. I will say that it is getting better and it's actually a nice place to live. They do need to fix the sprinkler system cause I really miss the nice green grass. It makes it alot nicer to play outside and walk in. I love My neighbors and we all get along pretty well. That makes it alot easier too. It's really good if you are a singel parent and can't afford the high prices in rent now days. The managers are very respectful and they get done what needs to be done. They came into this place a complete mess and I see the change just since they have been here so just want to say thank u to Holly and Stephanie for making this place look and feel like a home again you guys are...
Read moreThe new landlords have been a pleasant and surprising management team. They stuck with it through a tough beginning, and have become a positive force in creating a community-like environment on the property. Their actions align with their promises to a better quality of living conditions. And the communication with the office and management has been phenomenal. They seem to really care about the work they put into their jobs. The turn around is definitely in the improvements, rather than who's employed. The changes have been overall better and long lasting. Majority of tenants give similar good comments about the changes they see. They strive for a better way and deserve some praise here. Way to go ladies!! I hope Google maps is an aide to you in the future towards your efforts. Thanks for this app & it's easy to use....
