Leyte Oriental Store — Local services in Richland

One of my favorite stores in the Tri-Cities. One reason is I love to cook Thai food, so obviously this would be a place I like. They have fresh Thai basil among among other items that I can't get anywhere else. The fresh produce alone is worth the trip, but they have so much more. A wide variety of rice, meat, seafood, and all kinds of specialty treats. I can't tell you have many times I've bought just one of something because I had never heard of it before, never seen it for sale before, or am just curious about how it tastes. Carries all the exotic oriental ingredients you need for almost any south-east Asian cuisine you can think of. They also carry a decent selection of more specialized cooking implements. I have not quite figured out the days that they get stock in yet but if they don't have something you are looking for or the fresh goods are looking a bit wilted come back in a few days and check again. 9/10 times they will have just run out of stock or you got there soon before they got a fresh shipment in.
