KorK; STL Kpop Store — Attraction in Richmond Heights

When I say KorK is one of the best parts of my life, I’m not exaggerating! I found KorK a little over a year ago, and prior to that I had quietly stanned Stray Kids without really knowing anyone else who liked K-pop. Since the first day I walked into KorK, it changed my life.

I love buying albums and lucky draw tokens from them! It’s always so exciting. And they have preorders for new albums and merch all the time. I greatly appreciate having a trustworthy place I can rely on to get all my K-pop stuff from.

But the thing I love most about KorK is the community. They really aren’t lying when they say it’s your K-pop home. I’ve made so many friends in the last year who have all been beams of light in my life. From the lovely owner, to the wonderful employees, to the amazing KorK team, to the talented vendors, to the incredible people who come to events, I am so truly blessed to have them all in my life.

I am beyond honored to have the chance to watch KorK grow. Even just from last year, they’ve grown so much and are going above and beyond to continue improving things for their customers. From expanding on inventory, to upgrading to a new location, to hosting the coolest events, they are really out here killing it!

This is a long one- I have been a long time patron of kork since they were in the Galleria and I will say with my entire chest and every bit of credibility I have in my body that they are the most welcoming store that has ever existed. The staff are nothing but kind and respectful to every single person that walks in the door and they do their very best with what they currently have. Dal the store owner is the sweetest human being on the face of the planet. Ive known her since 2023 and she has been nothing but amazing to me and every person I've brought into kork. Frank is an amazing worker who has given everything he can for this store. He doesn't live close by in any stretch of the imagination but he shows up to work everyday for not only the store but the community. Finally we have the newest edition to the kork team Casper who I consider a very close friend. Hes genuinely the coolest and does so much for kork even going out of his way to give every person that walks in a breakdown of the layout of the store even on his lowest days. I normally come here for album release parties and have loved the store up until this point, but was disappointed to find that they don’t provide refunds or cancellations, even on pickup orders where the inventory hasn’t even arrived to the store yet. It’s interesting that on another review someone said that they were going to get a refund, but had to jump through multiple hoops just to be able to contact the team. A peer of mine received no response when filling out the contact form, same with me. It’s unfortunate that a store that provides me with so much happiness cannot provide a very simple solution or answer their customers.
