THE WORST Chik-Fil-A I have ever been to. I went at 10:45am before the lunch rush, 3 cars in front of me. Those 3 cars took 10 minutes. I place my order and get to the window. They give me my drink and tell me to pull up to spot 2. Ten minutes later I get the order and go to my office to eat. Where do I start? BOTH sandwiches are wrong. I ordered Spicy Chicken sandwiches which are fried, I got two grilled chicken sandwiches on some kind of wheat bun. They did not give me the cheese sauce for the fries which I ordered and paid for. I asked for Honey BBQ sauce and they gave me Cilantro Lime sauce, which I tried and was absolutely disgusting.
The only thing right with this order were the fries (I guess), even though the cheese sauce is not in the bag, and the drink, which is water, so pretty hard to screw up water.
Just avoid this place. Many bad reviews for this location. This location does not have the level of customer service and quality control as other locations and not what you are accustomed to an other locations. I cannot even remember a single time at any other location where my order was screwed up. The Sunset Hills and Brentwood are not like this one. They have a perfect system of taking order and double-checking everything to make sure the order is correct, they are super busy all the time and the lines are long, but their system flies you through there and never any mistakes, but not this one. This location is a disaster.
And they do not seem to care because just look at all the bad reviews for the same thing that happened to me today (order wrong) and I don't see that any manager or the owner has replied to any of these bad reviews to apologized and ask for another chance to get it done right. Not a single response from anyone at Chik-Fil-A about this disaster location. Not one. That speaks volumes. They do not...
Read moreI'm going to be gentle since they just opened the eatery. But, I'm also taking away a star until precision is achieved. Friendly service is there. Timing was good. Food was delicious. However, it's crucial for the entire staff to learn the differences between "crispy" versus "grilled" chicken. I mentioned it several times with the person talking the order to make sure it's crispy. I pull up to the second person reading back my order and she repeated my order with the word "grilled." I told her that I ordered crispy chicken with my salad. The preson said "it's the same thing." I gently drove on to the drive-thru window, I wasn't really sure if she was going to listen to me because of the, "it's the same thing" comment.
Anyhow, after pulling up to the window, the guy handing out the food asked me to pull up to the stop sign. After waiting he brought me my food. Here's the excellent part. They gave me two market salads. I think the read back person quickly realized that grilled and crispy are two different items. So you guessed it, they gave me one salad with the grilled chicken (must've been the wrong order item), along with another order of salad with crispy chicken. Great job for quickly recovering the mistake.
Now, the sad part, hence the 4 stars, I didn't get my apple cider vinegar dressing i had asked for with my salad. Furthermore, the person preparing the crispy chicken needs to be taught to cut the chicken. Here are some pics. I ended up using ranch sauce from another food store...
Read moreI went on a Wednesday around 10am. I went inside because I am very intimidated by the drive-through. I was about four people back when I watched a gentlemen, who explained he was hard of hearing, struggle to order with Joyce. Chalking up her lack of patience, for the remaining 3 people, to a bad day I mentally prepared to make my order as smooth as possible. Of course I messed up by saying entree (Interchangeable for meal at almost any other restaurant), and proceeded to discuss sides and drink. Joyce recognized the mistake by saying “oh so you wanted a meal?” Not unreasonable I misspoke, so I apologized for saying the wrong thing. She huffed at me, then said “yes you did,” and began typing on her screen. I get it, it was an annoying accident. But instead of working with me. She typed in what she thought I said, didn’t review or ask questions, told me the total, ran my card and asked me to wait to the side. As I stood there waiting, I reviewed my receipt to see I was getting a meal, but neither the side or drink was what I requested.
I understand if she was having a bad day, I understand I didn’t help by saying entree. I just didn’t think Joyce would make ordering inside as intimidating as outside, and tell me what I was getting.
On a high note there is an amazing man who runs food, looks sharp, and is super kind. Pray you get him, because even with his small rush he took the time to help me when I didn’t...
