promoters along with rmc events are absolutely ruining this island...draconian entry regulations on bags (saving money on labor instead of searching bags), insane prices on food and alcohol, no cash sales...and dominion has turned an entire weekend (riverrock) into an event where you are stopped by security and forced to dump out all food and water before crossing the public pottersfield bridge to the southside of the river, even if you are not attending the event!!...if you have medication on you then you are out of luck...rva taking a real downturn with it's "public" spaces in the last few years...expect it to get worse with the new amphitheatre...big business winning and monopolising on what was a beautiful...

Nice Park. I was supposed to run a full marathon today but I didn't follow the email that was sent from the director so I ended up running a half instead because the starting time for the full marathon was changed from 8am to 7 . Amazing day. I'm just glad it's over. I got the finishing medal for the half marathon that's good enough. I'm done with running. It's time to eat Yes food and it's time to get chubby. come out and participate in running a marathon. It's more challenging than taking on a dance challenge in your kitchen and your bedroom. There's more challenging things in life waiting for you and dancing. It ain't going to be...

I love the James River Park system particularly Brown and Belle Isle downtown. My one and only complaint is the parking it's atrocious. The city has spent so much money making this a destination and yet they don't provide enough parking. If you get down there around 10am it's difficult to even find a spot. The new bridge across the river is great thank you for making a phenomenal walking path the whole area is very dog friendly which is also a huge benefit. My only concern is the amount of bike traffic and pedestrians walking this can get...
