Chopt Creative Salad Co. — Local services in Richmond

I have been an online Chopt customer over the last few years on a regular basis. The quality of your salads have definately been on the decline. I've noticed the last couple of salads that I have ordered have either been missing the chicken altogether, or very little has been added, as well as skimping on other ingredients. The one I ordered today was mostly lettuce. These salads all-in cost almost $20. They've gotten smaller over the years as well. Please don't skimp on your ingredients, especially at this price point. I love chopt’s food but I’m the past month the service has gone down. I eat there about 3 times a week and I can’t tell you how many times they forgot my bread or my avocado or my fork. And when I am spending around 35 dollars there a week it is really depressing. On multiple occasions I have chosen to go to potbellies down the street just because I know they will give me what I paid for. If service started to get better at Chopt and they stop being cheap and lazy by not giving you a bag when you have to walk blocks back to your office with the food, this could have easily been a 5...

This location use to be my first choice for lunch. In the last couple of months it’s become my last resort. If I do choose to go I spend most of my time in line. Which takes most of my lunch break away. Staff members have little to no knowledge of what toppings go in menu item salads. Most of the time my salad is wrong. Even the times I’ve ordered online.
