The Playbook had potential, but the experience was frustrating overall. Live music and crowd energy were definitely the highlights – the band was fantastic and really kept the mood up. That’s where the good news ends. The service? Honestly, one of the worst I have experienced in a long time. We expected a wait to be seated, which was fine.
