Mass Flow Dominican Barber Shop — Local services in Richmond

I sincerely would like to thank Rick the barber for taking my son. I pull their hours of operation from Google and its said close at 8. Now I get there and it's like 6pm. We sit down and wait for maybe 10 mins before another barber come over to tell me they're close. I was taken back because their hours were until 8pm. He never explained why they were close even with the door opened. I had to negotiate with him to take one of my kids. That's when he ask the barber Rick if he would take me and he said yes. Now it's 4 days before school open. So I was panicking. Rick took my baby and did an old school job on his head. You can see for yourself how attentive he was. Please excuse him, he said he wish he knew I was going to take photos he would have been ready. Lol, sir you showed you work in my son hair so your attire or lack there of is something I can look past. For the other barbers, I will not give them any of my service. They choose to close thier shop so they can sit in the chair and get their hair cut. Now I know everyone tune their business how ever they choose but this is completely unprofessional. If you want to get your hair cut the weekend before school open. They could have closed the shop and put a sign up but they felt it was ok to conduct personal business during business hours. My brother is disabled. Took him to this shop for a cut. My brother was ignored for over an hour. I asked each of the four barbers about availability, they each stated they had 4 people ahead of my brother. I observed 3 of these customers being put in front of my brother. This barbershop is specifically dedicated to the crowd of 30 and under. The barbers communicate to each other specifically in Spanish witch is rude behavior being that you have customers who speak English. Customer service should be taught to the barbers about dealing with a diverse group of customers. Better customer service is sorely needed at this shop. I will not be...
