This is one of the best theaters in NJ and the entire tri-state area. The location is great and easy to get to. Parking is free and you can easily park across the street or inside the parking garage. The theater is easy to find, right next to the Samsung USA headquarters. The prices are inexpensive at about $10 or less per ticket. I hope they keep it that way. The seats are big and comfy made of leather with touch controls to recline. The angle of seats are great, so in most cases your view wont be blocked by people in front of you, no matter where you sit. All seats are reserved when you purchase a ticket, so nobody can take your seat. This is great when you want to get a group of seats together because you can see all the available seats on a map when you reserve them. The screens are all large, the picture is great with crisp video and great colors. The sound is equally pleasing with a full range of speakers surrounding each screen and all around the room. The food prices are affordable, nothing overpriced like you find at the AMC in the Garden State Plaza mall. The quality of the food is good too. This used to be the Starplex theater and they used to have food upstairs and downstairs. But now all the food is downstairs. There are lots of screens here which means they can host many different movies at the same time. The arcade is nice. The only things that might need changing are the restrooms and the main entrance. The restrooms are a bit dirty and have air driers to dry your hands which means the sink areas get dirty quickly and the walls behind the driers stay grimy and dirty from people who dont fully clean their hands (slightly dirty water gets sprayed onto the walls and circulates into the air). Paper towels would easily solve this problem. The problem woth the main entrance to the theater is that it is way down on the far edge of the building. This is an easy walk if you park in the garage, but a bit longer of a walk from the main parking lot. There is no easy solution to this because of how they setup the ticket area now, but its just a minor problem and its healthier anyway to walk a...

Thereâs always room to growth and this location needs to grow. I believe it will bring more ppl in. This location is run Down! The seats are without leather or whatever type of material is covering the seat. Not just one theater but two. Idk what the others look like. From 11am from my 1st movie to 5pm the ending of my 2nd movie, they donât have any of the games on for the kids! Why? Before and after the movie. Gotta love the kids! This place needs a make over or a good cleaning. Top to bottom! The fact that they do not have sanitary napkins for people to wipe down their seats or any of the concession where people get butter should be accessible. Seats and all. But if u ask they will provide. It makes no sense that they have a dispenser where people can take their own without asking. But they has yet to be replenished. From the 11am to 5pm. (Covid) itâs not over! The mens restroom smells. There is dust and dirt all around the concession area. Top to bottom! U can see, dirt dust, that needs to be cleaned. Especially around food. For some strange reason the female staffs are not as nice as the male. Idk. There are bits and pieces missing from the ceiling which raises a concern of safety. If something was to fall on someoneâs head, who fault is that! One of the urinals in the mens restroom is right by the sink! Really tho! Fix that asap! The staff do not whip down seats but they sweap and donât mop? Why? I enjoyed my two movies. It could have been a little bit better. I think this location is way too relaxed when it comes towards health and safety. Covid or other. I will try here again. But it will not be soon. They need to step they game up! Itâs AMC so they can do it! I really hope this location pull it together! They deserve more money in the location that theyâre at plus the parking. I hope by time I come back it looks different onto the next one! Thank you AMC...
Read moreFirst impression: dirty!! There was a film of stickiness on everything... On the counters at concession, on the floors in the bathroom, even the carpets seemed to be sticky.
Ticket pick up was easy, as most theaters now they have touch screen to pick up pre ordered tickets.
Concessions: took forever! We waited on line at least 20 minutes to get a simple popcorn, soda and slushy, and once at the front of the line the salesperson forget EACH INDIVIDUAL component of the order for a total of 3 items. At least he asked so he did ultimately get the correct order, but it definitely explained why it was 20 min to the front of the line (we were 4th in line when we first got on line). The counter was sticky and there was a huge pile of popcorn right by the cash register that made it difficult to interact with the server. A cleaner came up to clean it right toward the end of our encounter and he immediately complained to us (random customers) how much his job sucked and that he'd rather be anywhere else.
Once we finally made it up to the theater, we got inside theater 11 and there were large comfortable-looking armchairs that reclined. I say "looking" because I didn't get a chance to actually sit in one. The theater only had 4 rows of seats and was full for a movie that's been out for 4 weeks already. !!! Come on.
Last we went to get out money back and it was explained to us that as it was past the start time of the movie, we couldn't get a refund. Despite that we had actually gotten to the theater at least 10 min before start time (and the movie hadn't started yet - still previews - despite our ridiculous wait at concession). So we took our ticket vouchers and left. :(
Not up to AMC standards.. Or any theater. So annoyed with the...
