I don’t understand how a huge company like this can have the worst customer service. I’m going through a nightmare right now. I bought a 70” TV on March 26, 2025. I received it the next day. After about 2 hours of watching it, it started acting up, shutting down, lines through the TV. I called the techs at Samsung and we went through some troubleshooting but nothing worked. He said he would report it and put in for a replacement. I saw in the account that there was an order for replacing it. A few days past and I didn’t hear from them as to when it would be replaced. In short a few weeks went by and when I emailed or called them it was always that they will escalate it. I kept on top of it and was told to order another one so that I would get it faster and they would change the order to pick up the return. I ordered another one so I could watch TV in the living room. Here we are now in June and still this keeps going back and forth and they don’t pick up the return. They have tried but it was as a haul away not a return. A haul away is for them to take an old tv that is replacing the new tv. I just ask them to have it state that it is a return to make sure I get refunded. I can’t wrap my mind around this. Read moreI got a pair of Galaxy buds as a christmas present. I liked the headphones for the first two months. Then, one of the earbuds volume dropped out. I only used 1 headphone half the time so I just put the other in. Then the other headphone dies out. I troubleshot and tried to clean the headphones with no results. Still absurdly low volume out of both. I sent them in for a free repair under warranty. I am now told since I opened one of the two headphones to try to clean it that the warranty is voided and I'll need to pay $90 for repair. If the product hadn't given out it'd be fine and I know you have to protect your business from scammers. This case just speaks to Samsung squeezing out of a loophole to try to get more of my money. Read moreI Sent buds for repair in April 25 . Received a text message that buds were received by samsung repair center . After 15 calls and multiple emails, I am yet to receive my buds back . It has been 5 months and helpline has standard response that " we will escalate further and call after 2 week" . How can a company operate with such poor customer service.
