Ridley Park Lake — Attraction in Ridley Park

My wife and I stopped by the lake to just enjoy some peaceful time sitting by the water. With COVID-19 issues in the area, we have been staying home quite a bit. It was time to get out of the house and enjoy some of what nature has to offer. We arrived, parked the car, and found a great place to put our chairs. Others were also enjoying the lake area. Some were enjoying the geese, some were fishing and some just sitting by the water enjoying the relaxing atmosphere. Even though the lake itself is filthy, the scenery around it is very nice and pretty. Especially in the Fall, if you take a walk around the lake, it’s beautiful. They have ducks/geese and sometimes you can spot turtles. They have a dock to go fishing on, a bridge to walk across, and plenty of benches for sitting. They also have a little hall where they can host events. In the Summer they have a water fountain that’s exciting and every year they host a fantastic fireworks show for the 4th of July.
