Clothes Quarters Inc — Attraction in Ridley Township

I dont think Clothing Quarters (MacDade Blvd) will get any more of my business....very rude and prejudice owner, even some of the staff. 1st time there the owner tried to direct me to the cheap, hard, uncomfortable scrubs in the back when I was looking at the softer silk ones that cost much more. I Purposely brought the expensive ones, second time the woman followed me around the entire time, pulling things off the rack (LET ME SHOP ALONE), today the owner barely utters 3 words, puts my receipts and card one the table instead of my hand and then doesnt make eye contact (unfortunately I had to buy my lab coat from there because it was an urgent matter and they had to embroider my items). I have indeed had an issue with a guy who calls himself the "owner" there and thought that's who my wife spoke with, but the guy my wife dealt with is the person I thought was the owner and he has always been outstanding to deal with. (gray haired guy about 5'10") I didn't see that they do have a sign about return policy at the desk.

My uncle owned a shop very similar to Clothes Quarters in Trappe, PA. If a shirt was returned without tags, he was reimbursed by the supplier 100%. Perhaps Clothes Quarters doesn't have that deal. Therefore, I was taken off guard when told they'd sell a jersey at $40 off.

Regardless, went in today to finish spending my full store credit and was met yet again by nothing but...

This is literally the ONLY place I go to shop for scrubs. They are so helpful and nice. Hugest selection of scrubs I’ve seen in an actual store. They absolutely allow you to try on. Exchange/return policy is fair. Lots of parking. The only downside is that because they have so much merchandise it can feel a little overwhelming while moving around in the store but it’s not horrible. They also do embroidery and already have lots of the local health care facilities logos already. And if there is something you see that you like but not in your size they will order it for...
