Love this car wash. They are always so helpful and pleasant, even though they can't accept tips. Today and employee noticed the bugs, from a trip, on the front of my Jeep and he talked to the guy inside to make sure he sprayed it down well, even though I only got the $10 wash. I was so impressed. I couldn't believe how clean it was after, removed 97% and it was plastered! Vacuums are good and strong and I like having the compressed air for getting into those nooks and crannies. I have no problem paying $1 for a cloth, but I have been reusing one. It's a great price compared to others, and so much nicer, with friendlier and more courteous employees too, than other washes in town. Keep it up, it keeps me and my hubby coming back.

I always have a great experience at Mister's Car Wash. The staff is always super friendly, and my car always comes out looking amazing amazing inside and out. Southern location in Rio Rancho is the best car wash in town! Not only do you get a great car wash, you get outstanding customer service! I’ve been a regular customer for years using another location in Rio Rancho and 98th st. I have never been approached and told to let them know if I needed anything, WOW I was in shock when Mikayla greeted me. She was so friendly and nice and didn’t laugh when I asked her what the blue air nozzle was for. (I’m 63 and I see people use it for different things). She explained all I could do with that nozzle and showed me on my car inside and out! No one has ever talked to me at other locations except to make sure I’m a monthly member or to upgrade. I also met David the Manager at this location and he was just as nice, friendly and concerned that my experience was positive ! I’m sold, I’m not going anywhere else but this location!...

This location has gone above and beyond too provide me with a Top-Notch customer experience. They bought and installed new trim when their blowers ripped part of it off my windshield.

No hassle, little trouble. Prompt service! At no cost! Highly recommended!!!

I worked at the dump, and that's dusty work, resolved in 20 minutes at the end of my shift.

Amendment: So yes, their blowers are powerful. But the management team is interested in giving their customers a great experience.

All I did was ask for management, got the site manager. And he was more than willing to accommodate my concerns!
