No customer service. False advertisement. Wanted to buy a table and the price was somewhat decent, but since I was really interested in it i figured it would be worth it. Asked for a final price and mentioned I only needed one spare chair for the table. A total of five chairs. The sale sign on the table clearly stated $49.99 per extra chair. I was willing to pay extra for the one chair needed. Sale lady bites her lip and looks around like shes worried and then says, "oh sorry I can't sale just one chair you'll have to pay for two." My boyfriend asks about how its mentioned on the pricing where as you can clearly buy just ONE chair for $49.99. She ask her assistant and the other girl confirms they will not sale one chair. They will only sale two at a time for the price of apx $106.98!!! WTH that plus the price of the table itself, which was $419 + tax. ANOTHER hundred dollars for two chairs? some sales pitch that is. Needless to say I think i'll buy some where else. I wish they would have been more practical and more interested in making a sale than pushing one...
Read moreI purchased a sofa from this location on June 14, 2024. I was told that it would be delivered on June 15th and would receive a call from the driver 30 minutes prior to the delivery.
On June 15th, I waited at home until about 3:30 and didn't receive a call. So, I went back to the store. The woman at the front desk said the driver was making other deliveries and assured me that my furniture would arrive that day.
I went back home and stayed until 10 pm. I received no call to inform me of any delays in delivery. Of course, I'm pissed. I've wasted an entire Saturday sitting at home waiting for them.

I called to the Atlanta location where the managers work and spoke to one manager we told me to email the pictures and I will hear from someone on Monday he did not want to answer my questions just kept rushing me off the phone. No one has reach out to me and when I call the Atlanta location again the young lady who answer the phone said its no managers there so now im confused. I spent over $700 for this couch and no this type of treatment I wish I would have never shop with. Customer them treat people the same way you treat them when they come in to buy.
