Movied in November doing the walk in the lady said let me know if the people down stairs bang on the ceiling i told her i wasnt going to work i have 3 boy one can not walk right due to a strolk he had in may 3 days later ladies down stairs call police said we was making to much nose 4 days later cops are called again they said we are walking to hard 3 days before thankgiving cops called again we are making to much nose the cops say the ladies always calling them for who ever lives here after hoildays i write a letter telling her i cant live here im not able to walk in my house i have to tippy toe and i couldnt even invite family for Thanksgiving because the ladies down stairs would keep calling police for everything i needed my money back or moved she Deeside to move me down stairs next to her i also told her i was putting my daughter in law on lease so she will be able to get kids from school and watch them while im at work paid the application fee she said if you dont here nothing its ok ladies next door said i forgot u movied i was about to call police on u for making nose ladies keep completing to office 3 months later after application was done she said it didnt get aproved and that i have a warning for the nose that was being complaining i told her well im not staying it was a reason why i put her on lease you wait 3 months to tell me and a warning letter that its too much nose and a resident doent belong in apartment she tells me since i paid rent come to office at the end of month with written letter saying im giving 30day 2weeks before end of month she sends letter saying im determanted lease and she stopped the online payment so i couldnt pay rent for march didnt give me time to come to the office and let her know i needed 2 more months on top of that she ask for a money order saying i needed to pay for extra days cant make it on line cause she stopped it i paid faithfully on time or before time this is the worst leasing people besides me up grading a couple of things in apartment like handles for cabinets shower head faucet for kitchen sink their make ready people suck too many cracks on walls i fixed door knobs anyways my understanding there has been 3 people moved from here to othere buildings because of these ladies also kicked out i also told her someone broke in mailbox its been over a month and hasn't been fixed . poor leasing...

I applied for a unit on December 11, 2021. I paid my application fee of $45 and an administrative fee of $400 to the property manager, Jennifer, before even seeing the apartment—which, in Georgia, she said, is normal( red flag). I was told it would be ready by January 10, 2022. Then, on December 28, 2021, I received an email saying I must pay three months’ rent upfront—$2,900 because they couldn’t find my rental history (which is impossible, since I’ve lived in six apartments). Now, Jennifer says she doesn’t know when I will be permitted to move in. So I immediately placed a stop payment on that money order, because the verbal agreement had been breached. On January 3, 2022, I received an email saying, “The apartment is ready now.” I went over to look at it, and Jennifer handed me the keys. I returned to the office, and Jennifer said, “I noticed you placed a stop‑payment on the money order.” I replied, “Yes because you gave me two different move‑in dates.” She said that her management company wants to penalize me $50 for that, “because it’s like writing a bad check.” I responded that it wasn’t a check it was a money order and that I only stopped payment because Jennifer couldn’t give me a reasonable move‑in date. They insisted I pay the $50 fee, plus the $400 admin fee, and three months’ rent upfront. I objected they were trying to punish me for reclaiming my funds after Jennifer reneged on a move‑in commitment. Jennifer took no responsibility for the stop‑payment on the money order. The only good thing about this place was Ms. Jennifer in the office and now apparently she is gone! The new lady in the Wymecka Jones is rude as they come! Attitude is horrible and has no real desire to help! I’ve been a resident going on 6 years I’ve dealt with the roaches, inconsistencies when it comes to maintenance and I recently had an incident when a non resident that was trespassing was threatening to kill me everyday I went to work and they basically didn’t give a damn I had to go to the police department to make a paper trail because they refused to do anything about the guy or him being there even though he wasn’t a resident. Had to go over their head and call property management in UTAH just to get any kind of care and I will be calling again today to complain! Been here 6 years no trouble but this new staff is absolutely terrible I would not recommend this place now that Jennifer is gone she cared about our residents this new staff does not. I have never met a front office worker so rude and nasty in my life I don’t care how they feel about this review you don’t treat long standing or any resident that way! My rent is always on time, I don’t cause trouble l, knowing Jennifer is now gone hurts especially being replaced by people who are nowhere near as...
