I’m currently sitting in this location and they are refusing to service me because I asked a question about the lunch menu. The girl responded saying common sense should tell me what I’m asking. Of course my response was in defense was get out my face because clearly it’s not so common. This is not the first time I’ve had a bad experience here. Yet, I gave them other try. The food is good but service from the new younger staff is horrible! The only person providing good and quality service is Ms. Maria! This is as far as my service got bc I asked a general customer question. There’s never a manger on duty to assist. Only the front desk host and servers. I’ve always asked to speak to a manager and only always given the host.
Update. After writing this review I left the restaurant. On my way out, I so happen to walk into the owners, universal law aligning. Spoke w/ him and he totally understood and was ready to handle the problem. Once he realized it was daughter who was being rude he then decided not to provide service. I was shock and still am. To know a staff was in the wrong but then backtracked bc it’s your daughter, that says a-lot to why the quality of this business is going down hill. It starts from the top! I never said she was a rude person I said she was being rude in that moment bc I had a general question. I don’t care if it’s family or not, wrong is wrong and from the top of the chain, yall were wrong. No worries, I will never be back and will be sure to tell whoever mention this place to not go
I forgot to mention that we stood in the front of this restaurant and he spoke about having a staff meeting this evening and tomorrow and service, quality service. He not only expressed it once but twice of how it’s very important to him bc he’s not going to always be around. And the moment he realized it was daughter not providing “quality” service he then turned on the customer. This should help you Neiw (New-way is how he pronounced it) see where the problem stems...
Read moreI WAS a regular. Came tonight with two other ladies. Ordered a pitcher of Strawberry margarita. When pitcher came to table, some of the mix was already poured into our glasses. Not sure why.... once we poured mix to fill glasses full, we noticed that the mixture was a little runny, so had to keep storing. Then noticed a film over mixture. We showed our waitress and she said that's just the way it is. We wasn't satisfied with her response because she wasn't really listening to our complaint that we have ordered before and this wasn't right. So we asked her to get manager. He came, we expained just didnt taste quite right and said that's just how it was. Asked him to go get higher up and He never came back. So when we headed to front to pay I asked the waitress would she right down the owners name/# on a piece of paper....she stated THAT I WASN'T HER BOSS AND SHE DIDN'T HAVE TO DO NOTHING...😠😠😠I turned and asked another employee to go get a supervisor to let him know her response to a customer, and she told the lady GO GET My DAD....thats why the cocky attitude. When he came up he was the same man that she went and got before when we asked for manager. We explained again that wasn't trying to get pitcher free, but we left half because of the taste and film and that he should have offered something off. He said they had new blender and the mix came out like that. Their attitude towards the situation was.....If it comes out wrong SO BE IT! We should have taken pictures. They lost 3 customers...plus whoever reads this... plus all the guest that we would have recommended.... Food was good but CUSTOMER SERVICE was unfair, rude and because Her DAD was the manager she treated a loyal customer disrespectful and ran them off. Read moreCame in as a party of 3. Service a little bit slow. Ordered cheese dip, lunch fajitas, and chicken wings. Lots of food on plate. We were able to substitute rice for beans. Food was good. The chicken wings were delicious! Asked for chicken wings To- Go near the end of meal. We were bringing an order to a home bound elderly person who loves chicken wings! When our meal was done and To-Go order boxed in a styrofoam container, we were handed the receipt. Huh? A charge was added for the To- Go order. What? We spent $70 plus dollars and a To-Go fee was added? It's not the amount that I'm complaining about, it's the principal of the matter that this business feels that it has to charge after the customer has just dined in.
