See's Candies — Attraction in Riverside

My wife and I came to the location at Tyler mall this afternoon and it was such a pleasant experience. It was my first time in a See's Candy, ever, and the girl working the counter was so nice, courteous and thoughtful. She even remembered my wife's chocolate preference when asking if we'd like an item, which surprised me. Most people treat customer service in a mechanical way, but she was so friendly and personable. Really made the experience to be honest, I just wish I remembered her name so that I could include it here and she can get the credit she deserves. (I found out today her name is Sam! She was wonderful.)

A year later we've come back to the same location and we were helped by Wyatt, and he was absolutely delightful. He was super kind and we had a lovely conversation, and he picked out a sample for us that was super good (chocolate buttercreme). We always interact with such kind people every time we come here, and it definitely makes me want to keep...

@ Reyna Elizabeth Fonseca's review I do not understand how some people feel so entitled to be rude to those serving in the retail industry. To call someone out by using insulting body characterizes is just rude and shows such a disregard for other's emotional state and well being. Is it so hard just to be nice to our fellow workers. If you have a problem with an employee you should call their manager and not try to public shame them . You never know what someone else is going through and your words can hurt which I am sure you intended. If you are going to leave public reviews at least have some class, act like a responsible human being and leave reviews good or bad without insulting workers who are only trying their hardest despite being short staffed to serve...

I have not been to a See's Candies in many many years. So we were at the Tyler Mall and decided to stop in. I was immediately greeted by John, Lead Sales Manager, who was personable and offered us a free sample, Yum! Because it had been so long since I had any See's candies, I asked a lot of questions of what was new and what he would recommend. He was very patient, answered all of our questions. We ended up buying all of his recommendations and spent some $$$, all worth it!! Thank you John, we will be having a sweet week coming up!! If you want GREAT customer service, then go see John at See's in the Tyler Mall!!!! See's take note that you need to have more employees...
