Great place, great/friendly staff, just 2 things I would improve for a safer experience and more comfortable time- also to keep germs low: First, the security of matching the kids to the correct parents could be improved. Matching wristbands with last names attached for EVERY person in the party to prevent kidnapping especially if more than one adult is checking in per child should be standard. An adult could easily say they were the “add-on adult” and walk out with someone’s kid since they don’t give the extra adult any matching stickers to child. This is a huge concern- sometimes kids run fast out of parent’s view and kidnapping only takes a second. Second, the AC needs to be fixed asap. It had to be 80 something degrees in there- this breeds germs pretty quickly. We were told it was the body heat plus the high temps outside which is understandable, but my husband is a HVAC tech and he could tell something was definitely not working right. Feels claustrophobic with it being just too hot and muggy inside- so I couldn’t stay longer than I had hoped :( We’ll definitely be back though to hopefully see these improvements for a better...
Read moreThe staff was rude. We showed up for my kids to play and instead of hi how are you? Have you been here before? Oh you haven't here please sign this wavier. But instead we great treated like we have no idea. We didn't know a waiver had to be signed and the guy goes no ypu need to come over here and sign it before you can even do anything and was super rude. You can't even wear your own socks. They want you to buy theirs. Only adults can wear regular socks. Kids who are older than 5 can't even go into the ball bit. It's 4 and younger. Which honestly kids up till the age of 10 it seems like love ball pits. It's a super small place and over charged for it price for 2 hours. Other places charge you what they charge here but for an all day pass. The don't have age restorations like this place. Definitely recommend spending your money at a place that allows all day for kids with more area to run around in. I would give this place 0 stars if it was an option. Never coming back to spend 40+ dollars for 2 hours. I'd rather spend 40 for 2 kids for an...
Read moreThis indoor playground opened up this summer so it’s very clean. It is smaller than other indoor playgrounds we’ve gone to. The price is decent $15 for an hour $17 for 2 Mon-Thur? I think. Everyone is required to wear non slip socks and if you don’t have any they sell some there for $3 each. The slides are super fast (even for adults well at least for me) but they do have landing matts which making the landing softer. They have a small train for the kids to ride from certain time frames. We had to ask cause they didn’t turn it on during the time frame listed. The only thing I didn’t like was that they gave us stickers to place on our kids and ourselves to identify the group. But those stickers fall off especially on the kids. They also didn’t check the stickers or if we were taking our own kids. Other indoor playgrounds place a bracelet on our wrist which seems more convenient to me. Overall it was...
