Could not change tv channel. I notified worker in office who sent a maintenance man a half hour later who tried then said he would be back with different remote . Another half hour goes by. Then he comes and tries again - says owner ordered wrong remotes for tvs so he could not fix the issue. He said he was going to office to let her know so she could move me to another room. And to wait for her to call me.All while my jucuzzi tub water sat getting cold and I sat with my backache waiting. And waiting and waiting. And fell asleep about an hour and a half in . I woke up to my bath water freezing - no working tv still and then when I went downstairs to get breakfast( limited breakfast so the website said) I was told they r not serving ANY SORT of breakfast at all. Hungry and frustrated I explained to new morning shift worker what the situation was with my room and that I never got the privacy to use jacuzzi which I paid extra for. She said she would contact me directly on my cell number once she had confirmed with night attendant and maintenance and spoken to the manager about comping me a new night stay or at least crediting me the difference in price from basic room to jacuzzi suite towards a future stay. And said for me to wait it may take a few days but she would definitely contact me to update me on resolving the matter and make it right. No one ever contacted me so I called which I got given the same response by another worker about confirming worker and speaking to manager so I waited AGAIN AND STILL NO ONE HAS EVER RESPONDED OR GAVE ME ANY CREDIT OR REFUND AT ALL!!!!! Wasted the money for nothing but huge frustrating hassle!!!! Update .... Just stayed 2 days in jacuzzi room October 18_20th 2023 Room didn't have a TV remote at all. Asked office. The guy working night shift said to give him 15 minutes because he was busy. He never brought us a remote or communicated again at all. The 2 nd day . I went up to office and again asked for remote and I got told no nothing would be done at all and that supposedly new remote had been ordered and maybe be available day after my checkout date. When we tried to exchange the room towels for fresh set. We were given only 1 clean towels and told to take dirty set back to our room . Completely unacceptable in every way!!! The parking lot was FULL of "off the wall " kinds of people ALL NIGHT!. security that used to be present on site was no longer anywhere to be found. People sleeping on stairs, others working on their bikes, and a large group with a SUV had taken up 5 spaces of parking each night , the entire night with what looked like a trash dumps leftovers piling out of and from top of the vehicle. I don't know if hotel changed ownership or what the deal is but every visit is worse than the previous to the point now that I will never stay there again period. completely dissatisfied with service, property conditions, amenities, and over experience. Read moreI rarely write reviews, but the experience in dealing this hotel was so appalling that I feel obligated to warn others. From the moment of my employee's arrived the staff were incredibly rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. They refuse to assist the employee when he advised the staff of the condition and unsafe surrounding and refused to allow him to cancel the 5 day stay. The employee ended up leaving 10 minutes after the check in time and book a stay at a much cleaner and safer location. This hotel refused to provide refund stating he checked in already. After requesting to speak to the manager, I was given the run around by a male staff who was argumentative, disrespectful and even hung up the phone when asked to speak with the manager. A phone call was again placed the following day and the lady on the other end refunded four of the five days and again the manager was not available to dispute the one day they refused to refund. This employee checked in, witnessed the condition and after seeing it was not safe he walked back up to the front office and tried to convey the concerns which staff refused to hear.
The conditions of the hotel were unfit and unsafe with homeless and transits roaming the parking lot of the hotel looking at the vehicles in the parking lot of the hotel. The rooms were not clean and appeared unkept to include stains throughout. The employee didn’t feel comfortable or safe staying there, and ended up leaving to fine a safer location with acceptable accommodations.
Do yourself a favor: don’t book this place. There are better, safer, and more respectful options out there. The staff need customer service training and if that does not solve their attitudes and how they treat customers, they need to be replaced.
The manager who is always unavailable needs to be replaced. I spent a week of trying to get in contact with them and even tried calling at various hours throughout the day for a one week period which turned out to be unsuccessful.

Read moreWorst hotel - motel experience in at least 15 years. C02 monitor not serviced, had to move rooms. The Manager was contacted five times from 2:15 am to 5:30 am due to extraordinary nuisance invasive noise levels at the replacement room that they failed to control after repeated politely worded direct requests for Mgmt. to intervene. Tried to go back to the first room and it was blocked. Wanted to leave by 2:30-3 am but the parking lot had so much threatening night traffic and loitering people that it didn't feel safe to sleep in my vehicle, and I needed to be close nearby due to family medical emergency which they were informed of in person at the Night Manager window. The noise, pounding, screech of water pipes, loud thumping, running footsteps, that continued for 5.5 hours only stopped once for 35 minutes after the third time Management was called and after I tried to leave, going in person at 2:30 am to meet with the Night Manager due to the nuisance that they failed to correct. Tried to check out due to noise irritation in the overnight hours and the Manager stated he did not know how to complete the refund. He wrote out a note saying I was due for the refund but that he didn't know how to do it. Called the following day three times no way to leave a message or reach anyone, at all, in a Management role. Extreme aggravation, failure to fix the problem, and failure to communicate or follow up after the terrible experience. Unbelievably bad. The experience felt like a type of assault (financial mismanagement, communication failure, enforcement failure, lack of personal safety provisions, lack of physical maintenance of the facility, lack of soundproofing, lack of alternative solutions, failure to problem solve, and deep physical exhaustion and frustration caused by this facility and its Management) due to the number of ways that Management failed to take care of Customer needs.
