FYE — Attraction in Roanoke

This store has awesome hoodies and merch. The customer service is amazing and the employees are helpful. With that said I have not been in this store since Feb, well today I was looking at my bank statement and I see a charge for FYE backstage pass!!!! I did sign up for the rewards program when I was in the store 6 months ago. Not once was I told I would be charged for these rewards!!!! This is unacceptable and a money grab. I called and demanded my money back. WHAT KIND OF STORE CHARGES FOR A FREAKING REWARDS PROGRAM?????? I don't shop in here enough to justify $12 a month! I literally shop here once or twice a year for hoodies and band shirts. Now I will not step foot back in...

Had a wide variety of pop culture merchandise. Some interesting items you wouldn't expect in a store like cereal branded by wrestlers and pickle flavored foods. I would say the worst part of FYE is how most products are overpriced. To give an example, Pocky costs $5 here but costs $1 at a grocery store in the international aisle. FYE is a very kewl and loaded store with many subjects to choose merchandise from. However, employees attitudes can make or break a store. After finding an action figure on their clearance with sale tag, I was told someones just been put on there and it's not our tag. Ummm then why do those items have the same tags on them. Would not honor the sale price. Made me feel like they thought I put it on there. Just rubbed me the wrong way. I will go to another store...
