Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Roanoke

Worst Chick Fil A experience I have ever had. I have always been a loyal patron to Chick Fil A due to the friendly service. This was the worst Chick Fil A I have ever visited. It started with placing the order. The employee taking the order seemed to act like his customers were causing him an inconvenience by being there. Now for the reason I am leaving this review. I had to throw my fries away. Not due to the fact that they were bad but due to some sauce policy they supposedly have that I have NEVER heard of before. I ordered the 4 piece chicken strip combo and asked for some ketchup and bar be cue sauce. I went to eat my food and discovered that I had no ketchup. I thought no big deal I will go ask for some. I went to the register and they outright refused to give me ketchup because of some sauce policy. i have NEVER heard of this before. If this really is a thing I will not be dining at chick fil a again. Is the company that broke that they can't afford to give customers ketchup? I can not eat fries with out ketchup and since they refused to give me a ketchup I had to throw them away. I was out the money and did not get to...

I ordered an 8 piece nuggets meal, but when I took my food downstairs to some tables to eat (was way crowded and nowhere to eat inside Chick-fil-A), I only had 6 and 1/2 nuggets! I had to go all the way back upstairs and fight the crowd to get back to the counter. Now I have to say, the manager was on it when I told her. She went straight to the back to tell and show whomever what was inside the box. She then came back out and gave me a bag and said she put a 12 piece in there along with a cookie. I have to say I was pleased by that. I didn't think that would've happened, but she was very nice and remedied the problem. I can say thank you for that. I'm just not used to Chick-fil-A shorting the nuggets in the box, but I'm glad...

Nothing more but inefficient. Typically Chick-fil-A stores are well known for their above and beyond service, friendly atmosphere, good quality food, and professionalism. This store in specific fails to meet some of these expectations. As a person who works for a third-party delivery company, this store is one of the worst places to be. The wait time to receive your order is ridiculous. The only thing this store is consistent with is being consistent at having incredibly delayed service. The management at this store needs to improve the efficiency, productivity, and performance of the staff, because there’s no reason why I’ve had to continuously wait 15+ and 20+ minutes to receive my order on...
