Fortune Express — Restaurant in Roanoke

Went there today with a friend and she found an actual stinkbug in her food. When we brought it to the attention of the workers, originally just wanting them to remove the tray it came from, they were extremely rude saying that they won't refund because she ate some of the lo mein. She did not realize there was a bug in it at first and we weren't even asking for a refund to start. Finally they gave us back like $5.50, but between the grossness of the event, the rudeness of the staff, and the lack of an apology or even removal of the food that the bug was in [they kept serving people and it was gross] we will not be going back ever, and I suggest no one else does. Yes, it is cheap but I am pretty sure it is also a health violation in this review somewhere...

The worst food and worst staff ever !! I ordered jumbo shrimps it was really just onions!

I went back to speak with her, and while I was talking she was unbelievably rude — she didn’t even look at me. Then they started speaking another language to each other, and from their body language it was very clear they were insulting me. After that, they just walked away and left me talking to myself. When I raised my voice, all they said was: “What do you want us to do? Wait for the manager, he’ll be here in 30 minutes.” This is by far the rudest and most unprofessional staff I have ever seen. The worst service ever, and honestly the last restaurant I would ever...

Good food if you go during the day for lunch. Don't go for dinner. They sell out of food early and won't put anymore out even when they are still open. Good lunch spot. Don't count on going for dinner and them actually having food to sell. Don't waste your time going for dinner. Drove out of my way bc my son loves this place. Got there at 5 and half the food was out, i asked if they could make some of the items that was empty they said no. They looked closed and I felt like I was bothering them. Lunch...
