Sbarro — Restaurant in Roanoke

I love the pizza from Sbarto’s but today I witnessed something that left me very disappointed in them. A man ordered a large pizza and was waiting for it. Fifteen minutes later he was told that they hadn’t made his pizza yet because someone forgot to tell him to make it. So the man just asked to get his money back and forget it. Then they had the nerve to say do you have your receipt. They knew he ordered it and paid for it but they weren’t going to give him his money back because the man couldn’t find the receipt. So, he just said to forget it and walked off. Then the guy who I assumed was the manager bad mouth the guy after he left. He said he shouldn’t have talked to him like that. Very poor taste. They should have offered the man something like a drink or food while he now had to wait longer because his pizza had not been started. And then to request his receipt after the mistake they made was awful. Poor, poor way to have...

When I went the other day it was so unorganized. At 1st she said I have no take out boxes. I said so how are you going to give it me me she said on a paper plate. I said so it can slide around in the bag? then they got them, and she didn't know how to do the coupon and her and the manager was going back and forth because she did not have her key and said that she could not clock in and was loud in front of customers it took some time. Pizza was honestly the worst I’ve had I’m sorry but, the sauce was sour and no sweetness whatsoever, also sauce tasted like spaghettiOs lol😂 but honestly service was good my bf talked so he said it was fine but atmosphere wise there was a dirty plate under one of the tables honestly, not my place to be saying anything, but if I’m eating there, it should be clean….
