Normally, I have just an OK experience at Costco, but today was extraordinarily abysmal. There are a few gems that work here. At one point 2 employees walked in front of us while we were stopped and we had to wait for them to move so we could get the item off the shelf, they didnât even acknowledge that we existed. The lady at the register was a masked bandit and mute. She didnât once acknowledge our presence. Her and her helper just grabbed our cart and started ringing up our groceries, if I wanted something this impersonal Iâd rather go to a robot than have a cold human being handle my stuff. This store makes me miss the stores in the state of Washington because their customer service there is top notch compared to some instances here in Minnesota. The lady when we entered and scanned our card greeted us. Which never happens if that was pleasant and then the lady that threw everything in the cart said have a nice day. The guy that scanned our receipt at the door didnât even make eye contact with me. I said thank you and he said nothing to me. I just wish the store would do better overall because the few employees that go above and beyond I think get overlooked because there are some really bad employees that work here customer service wise and I donât know if customer service is the goal in a customer service job at Costco or if itâs just to keep the products going out the door, no matter how rude employees are or dismissive of customers they are. We arenât even offered boxes at the registers, like for an employee to box it up for us at the end of our shopping trip. Weâre offered boxes over in the corner to box at ourselves in Washington State the extra employee at the register, if not, the cashier would box the items for the customer after purchase before leaving the store. But at this location, they do throw all of your stuff back in the cart for you. I guess itâs better than you having to throw it back in yourself again after you took it off the shelf so then you have to get a box if youâve gotten multiple items and then box it up yourself either in the cart or once you get to your...

Read moreHats off to the Tire Center! I came into the Rochester Store with my daughter, my daughter-in-law and my Granddaughter that is almost two years old. We traveled from La Crosse, WI. Which is about 70 miles away. We just signed up New Membership. We shopped for almost 2 hours. Just looking through the clothing section, then we proceeded to shop for food. We came out with two cart full of merchandise. I was driving my husband's Ford 350 dually truck. When we came out of the store, we had a FLAT Tire, on the front drivers side. I had no clue what to do. I went back inside and talked to Rhyce that works in the Tire Department. He was so courteous and told me they had just closed, but he will ask another tire associate Kyle if they can help. Kyle came over and had the ok from store manager to help in emergency situation. They were going to put the spare on, but we couldn't find the key to drop the spare. So they ended up taking the tire off and examined it and discovered it had been punctured by a nail of some sort. They ended up patching it, and it held the pressure. I normally don't leave comments, but I just feel they should be recognized on what a excellent, courteous, went out of their way expierance that we had that day. THANK YOU SO MUCH!! KYLE AND RHYCE!! and the Rochester...
