Budiman's Smokeshop & Art Gallery — Attraction in Rock Hill

I had a very off putting situation occur at this store I’d like to share. I went to buy a specific disposable vape the other day. I am starting to check out when I am told that a limited addition version is out for a short period that is the same thing I was getting just with a little less juice and funky art on it. I was told it was to be $30 (I was getting a $60 vape at the time). It being the holidays, I am trying to do good with my money, so I thought that it would be nice to save a good bit on the exact same thing I wanted anyways. He rings me up then tells me he was mistaken, the price is $45. I didn’t have the backbone to get him to unring me up and me be a bother to the staff, so I took it and cut my loses. I get home and about five puffs in, I can no longer pull on the vape. The juice turned to wax that caked the inside making it impossible to take any sort of hit off the disposable pen. I have encountered this problem many times in the past and have always found a solution, so I immediately try all the tricks I have been taught and could find. After burning off 2/3 of the 3 g vape in a day and a half, i realize that I cannot fix this at all. I headed back to the store. I was met by an amazing staff member that tried her best to work with me, but when it came to the phone call to get approval, I was denied any sort of store credit or anything. I try to be a loyal customer because I like the atmosphere and people there. I am just getting hung up on the fact that while trying to leave the store, I have an item pushed on me to replace what I was getting, and given a drastically different amount after ring up. Not to mention the vape completely not working altogether. So instead of saving money, I flushed $45 more down the drain. I just got off work in Richburg from a 12+ hr shift, stopped around 9:40 am at Bud Iman, first time meeting the owner, had an amazing experience with him. My car slightly broke down and he expressed to me that I could leave my vehicle there as long as I needed to get it fixed. I was able to walk to Walmart and back with what I needed. The owner even had one of his associate’s bring me a bottle water. Also, the prices are amazing and they have a ton of stuff. The associates are so friendly, the owner is amazing. All around...

The best smoke shop I’ve ever been too in the area. I’ve been coming here for months. I’ve sent more people to this place than I can count on 4 hands. I bought a back pack with a lock and locked my self out. He exchanged the product with in 24 hours of contact. I’ve gotten disposable carts that were duds from the suppliers and he always offered to refund or exchange. I always make a pit stop when going through rock hill to see Budiman’s. 10/10...
